Just a reminder! 😀 There is NO prerequisite for yoga. You don’t need to be, to do, or to have anything already. How you are right now is PERFECT because yoga is the practice of taking what you’ve got now, who you are now, and exploring that, accepting that, and just continuing to BE that.
It’s not about gathering achievements, it’s about letting go. It’s not about where you’re going or where you’ve been, but where you are now.
Want to do yoga?? Do this: close your eyes, and take 3 long deep breaths, in and out. Focus on your breath, how it feels, as you do so. And smile. I think the most profound things are also the simplest. Yoga is really quite simple. Practice and all is coming.
