Arm day is slowlyy becoming one of my favorite days at the gym. 💪🏻 Check out this killer circuit of arms I hit every arm day on the cable machine. I typically like do 3 sets of 10 reps for each arm workout. Give it a try and let me know how you like it 👍🏻

I’ve been feeling pretty down by stretching myself out so far lately, and a close friend reminded me of this. Finally decided on grad school at UNLV and I’ll be taking a trip down there in April. Also Denver better watch out because I’ll be headed downtown there as well in march! Can’t wait for all these trips 😍

A little bicep pump on leg day for everybody 😉 I’m glad school is finally starting so I can finally follow a routine again. I have been slacking the gym because of all the yummy holiday food. However it feels great to finally be eating clean and training mean again 😛
Enjoying a nice meal and a glass of Chardonnay because I can. 🤷🏼♀️ Remember ladies that when you’re tying to eat clean it’s okay to cheat everyone and awhile because if you don’t your body will go into a deficient. What happens during that deficient is that once your body has those yummy carbs and sugars again it will crave them 10 time harder! So remember to get a little of those “bad” nutrients in because you’re body still requires them to function properly!
