This exercise hits the serratus anterior muscle. I don’t really do this exercise but I’m trying new things out to test them. That’s why I was moving my arms around abit trying to find the most tension. But most importantly abs are made in the kitchen. These exercises only give abit of definition if you are already at a low enough body fat % to see them. So if you get your diet on fleek, you should start to see them way before you would if you were just training abs with a bad diet. Do you know what I’m saying Bruv?
Early morning physique. Diets still going good, lost 3 kilos but still maintaining strength. Just want to maintain this for a week or so and then attempt (and probably fail) to “dial it in” as the bodybuilding lads say. But also, ehh might bitch it depends on the weather. Don’t really want to dehydrate myself for a couple of days in summer, working on metal roofs. It doesn’t seem like the smartest stance to take, BUT GAINS BRUV!?! And it’s hard to argue against that..
Hitting shoulders and back. I use a bro split for when I train. Just in case anyone was wondering, probably not... Anyways I’ll train 2 body parts per day such as shoulder/back, chest/tris and legs/bis and then throw abs in between somewhere. But that’s 3 days worth of training so if you train them all twice per week you will still have 1 rest day. I usually just stick to this because it’s easy to structure around and It seems to be working. You will never reach next level gains if your going to the gym just for the physical. Especially as a natural. If your on roids you can bludge and still get gains. But understand looks fade, muscles will deteriorate, but the mind lasts the longest. Conquering that should always be most important. That’s why people like me go in to the gym, to trigger the mental challenge. That’s all it is. Muscles will always just be a bi-product.
Yesterday (Friday) morning. 2 days into the cut, it’s going pretty well, maybe too well. You know how last post I regret it, yeah I’m not sure how I’m gonna maintain and keep cutting for another 20 days. Bro tip: To look bigger without actually getting bigger... As your body temperature increases blood vessels supplying blood to the skin can dilate which allows more blood to flow near the surface of the skin where the heat can be lost to the air. So when it gets hot the veins start to POP!!!! (out). Anyways so if you wear a hoody start training, work up a bit of a sweat then once you take off the hoodie you’ll have an insane pump. Which will make you look vascular which will give off the illusion of more gains. Just little tips and tricks to use to impress/fool your gym crush.
It’s annoying when people don’t re rack their weights after using a machine/bench. Just because it becomes awkward, like you get to the machine and no ones on it, your not quite sure if you should take it but you don’t want anyone else to take it because you want to use it first because you discovered the abandoned gym equipment and now it becomes a territory thing. So then you have to like gauge how strong the last person using the machine/bench is so you can determine if the coast is clear to move in. Like for example if it’s a benchpress with 10kg plates on each side then, you know, what’s that skinny weak fuck gonna do type of thing. Your meathead gene kicks in. BUT if it’s like 4 20kg plates on each side, then that person is definitely still using that! I know it’s been unoccupied for like 30 minutes but the dude probs just had to take a conference call he’ll be back, better leave that one. Because this person is definitely a savage. Then come back at a safer time in roughly 3 hours. I’m like kinda taking the piss kinda serious so re rack your weights it would be much appreciated guiZ
This vid is old, not sure why I didn’t use it but anyways. This is for people struggling to get gains atm. The reason why bodybuilders have bigger muscles then power lifters is because the powerlifter will push more weight in 1 go the bodybuilder will push a lot more weight over the session overall. (Because of rest in between sets). So more volume and stimulus on the muscles pumping blood into the muscles. So to “get gains” with your current training you pretty much have to do the same volume in a quicker time or push heavier weight in the same time. Ideally both. But you have to know which exercises you can sacrifice speed for strength. Usually compounds go strength. But the cables are pretty much always iso movements, which means you don’t really need much rest for them. I recommend finding super and dropsets for cables because your not going to waste time having to walk to another machine to superset and what if it’s a packed gym and you can’t superset, slowing down your session fucking with your gains. (Easily the most important thing in your life!!). So this superset is good for arms, I also do face pulls (rear delts) and lat pullovers (lats) using the rope on the cables. ....
..But yeah you gotta smash your session faster so that 1 hour workout is now 50 mins and then you can add more volume to get it back to an hour workout which obviously increases volume over time = more stimulus on the muscle which = more gains carry the 1 , ya dig. Now can all go and get those gains now. They were owed to us since birth....
