I’m back and watch out 😜
I have been thinking a lot about what social media brings to me and if I should delete it or not but I came to conclusion that the thing I want the most in life is to help people with their health and for now my best way to do it is instagram. The problem is I have been building this account completely the wrong way by thinking only about myself and not caring enough about the people that are interested in what I do. For one rare time in my life, I chose quantity over quality. It’s nice to see your account grow and have a lot of followers but what matter the most is the impact you have on people. I have been often posting stuff that would give me the most likes because if I post food for example, engagement is really low. Because of that I created another account to be able to post the stuff I really care about. But from now on, I don’t care. I realized a lot of things in the past months and one of them is that nothing makes me more happy than a person I helped giving me great feedback, it literally gives me chills. I also realized that I want to « fight » really hard to make a difference on this planet and I will do it by promoting a plant based diet because it had the most amazing impact on myself and has huge one on the 🌎. I want to show you the power of feeding your body right because that can take your life to a whole new level. You might think I’m crazy and this is totally fine but the best way to find out and remove skepticism is to give it a try!! If you need help I’m here and don’t hesitate to contact me, I will do my best to help 🤗
Super proud of my results yesterday, I have been really strict with what I eat lately and it’s paying off. Plant based diet, no package food, no over eating, no chemicals, tons of fruits and veggies 💚 If I wasn’t worried about getting injured, I could do much more. My energy level is crazy 😜 I started the day with Xalibu mountain in Gaspesie National Park, it was rated hard (4-5 hours) and I got on top in 1:15 and total time around 2:15 if I don’t calculate the time I stayed on top and talk to people in the trail💪🏻 Then I went to do a second one, 11 km, pretty steep and it was so much fun 😍 Total of 23,6 km, 288 floors and 33 742 steps 👊🏻💯 My body is good this morning, it’s gonna rain all day here so I will rest but Friday and Saturday are my last days and I will make the most of it 🤪🔥 Mont Albert I’m coming at you!! Life is awesome, I’m so thankful for spending time with my parents and grandmother this week as well as the beautiful people I met in the trails, living my passion and having a blast in nature.
My work ethics: ALWAYS DELIVER MORE THAN EXPECTED.
You will need to work harder in order to do this but it will definitely pay off in the long run. You can serve your customer without putting much effort or you have a chance to really impress him by giving your best. If you choose the second option, there is a really good chance that he will mention his exceptional experience to a family member, a friend, etc. This is how you will grow your business 👊🏻
Too many people are living for COMPLIMENTS, instead of living for ACCOMPLISHMENTS 🤷🏼♀️ Life is pretty short, make the best out of it and do what makes you HAPPY👊🏻 Been pretty focus lately, no alcohol, back to the gym for short sessions of abs/legs workout, running as well. I have been eating very healthy food after getting sick for almost a week from a bacteria in the food. I feel extremely good, confident to accomplish anything which is such a great feeling. I'm turning 30 in a bit more than 2 months now, and I'm not sad at all about it. I know exactly where I'm going and nothing or no one will stop me. I might even think too much about myself but growing up you realize that we are each on our own and not that many people really matters. Your circle should understand anything you go through anyway, your circle should want to see you win, your circle should clap the loudest when you have good news. If they don't, get a new circle 👊🏻
Adirondaks summit #2 out of 46. I started with the highest last monday but did a very interesting one today 🙌🏻 12 km. 6 hours hike. 1096 m elevation. Never on a flat surface, lots of ups and down and some climbing. Pretty good workout 😅 Currently stuck at the borders 😭. I spent 50 minutes this morning trying to decide if I am going or not because the weather had completely changed in the morning. It was supposed to rain all day, no sun at all and it's been sunny all the hike and still is. Really glad I went, already thinking about the next one, monday maybe 👊🏻💪🏻
I prefer dangerous freedom over peaceful slavery ⚡️
I don't like to call myself an entrepreneur because it's a word that many people uses but I believe it defines myself well. I've been doing many different things since I quit my 9 to 5 job. I started to work as a self-employed personal trainer. I also worked for couple gyms for a while but now I take mostly corporate contracts (I train group of people at their offices). I sometimes do some modeling contract. I'm really active on social media and get some great opportunities out of it. I took advantage of Airbnb before it was regulated. I do some small investment in stocks and I'm also part of an investment group because this is what I studied after all and I still have a little interest. And now, I'm working on the best project I have ever worked on and I really hope it's gonna work and I will be able to share it with you soon ✌🏻#chaseyourdreams#takeopportunities
14 km yesterday with my brother @boulder_qc and my friend @swarthold 👊🏻
First one of the season here in Quebec for me, it was about time 😁 I do a lot of thinking when I hike, I know I should be more present throughout the entire trek and not just at the summit, but it's like a time to find solutions for my problems. I always come down without any problems, I guess it's the effect of doing exercise 😂👌🏻Yesterday made me remember how much I love being surrounded by nature 💚Ready to go back next weekend 🙏🏻
Ever wonder how different life would be if that one thing never happened?
For me it's all about a phone call I decided to give. I was crazy tired, all I wanted was to stay home and sleep (the week after I had to leave work and stay in bed for couples days because I was working too much and I almost faint away, I pushed myself to the maximum) but I decided to go for a diner with someone I just ran into. Long story short, that person prepared a workout plan for me on a corner of a table while having breakfast and I decided to follow it. Three months later, my body was transformed so I felt like I had the secret for body transformation. My personal trainer career started after that, I never ever thought I would work in the fitness industry before because I was working as an accountant. Funny how that phone call changed my destiny and I didn't give all the details but it's a great story. So if you feel like your life is falling apart, remember that one little action could change the whole story 🙏🏻 #believe
