I’ve always struggled with how I felt about myself. I’ve started many different workout programs, but couldn’t seem to find anything that I loved enough to stick to. Those programs weren’t sustainable; they weren’t easily incorporated into my busy everyday life. .

Now I’ve found something that works for me. I know my results will stick and continue to grow this time because I didn’t just change my workout program, I changed my whole LIFE.

It’s never too late to invest in yourself because you are 100% worth it! It’s completely possible for you to reach your goals and it’s never too late to start!

What I’ve learned is that you can sit back and watch others reach their goals while endlessly wishing you had what they had (which I did for many years) OR you can go out and get them.

🍓I am finishing up my 2nd year as a middle school special education teacher and love every minute! 🍓I got married this past April to my high school sweetheart 😍 🍓I have been skydiving!! Although I’m terrified of heights.... 🤷🏼‍♀️ 🍓I love this time of year because my freckles come out like crazy! 🍓I have 7 autographs from cast members of the show Gilmore Girls 👯‍♀️ I wrote them letters back when they were still filming! .

Yesterday i broke out my Extra Strong resistance loop! I double looped a few workouts earlier in the week and then remembered that i had another heavier band still to use! I am proud of this non-scale victory and it shows me how strong I’m getting. 💪🏼

If your hubs/ family doesn’t eat the same as you quite yet; just make simple swaps! My meal is first 1️⃣ Salmon with cauliflower rice and zucchini & Vincent’s is second ↪️2️⃣ Salmon with white rice, chicken sausage, and zucchini. 🍴 This meal was super simple and I stuck to my goals while making sure my husband is satisfied as well. 🙌🏼

These are all my prepped fruits and vegetables for the week!! This week I’m determined to add more fresh vegetables to my meals so i chopped and cleaned everything that i could in advance. Celery & carrots (not pictured) ready for our lunches, as well as the fruit, and zucchini ready for dinners! It makes cooking so much more fun when the chopping is done already. 💁🏼

If you’re anything like me, you don’t want to spend tons on groceries each week. It’s almost the end of the month and between, rent, bills, student loan payments, and everything else—i have a super low budget for food. This week was better than others because we are already stocked up on meat, but this is the produce we got from Aldi’s + bread, ham, and croutons from Walmart. Eating healthy DOES NOT have to be expensive. My whole produce haul was $28! And a lot of it was organic. 3 bags of salad, celery, cucumbers, zucchinis, strawberries, 2 raspberries, blackberries, onions, carrots, and a big bag of kale—all for $28! Look for deals, shop local at farmers market/ farms near you, and only buy what you need to avoid waste. .
