It doesn’t get much more #comfortfood than spaghetti and meatballs 🍝, but this lower-carb, higher-protein recipe will prevent any DIScomfort you’d normally experience after enjoying a heaping bowl of it. 😉
The 3-ingredient meatballs contain hidden veggies to keep them moist (without the breadcrumbs 🙌🏼), while the @eatbanza noodles contain hidden protein thanks to chickpeas (which you can’t even taste! 👏🏼)

-1 cup unsalted, roasted peanuts
-1 cup chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
-1/2 cup pure maple syrup
-3/4 cup quick oats
-1/3 cup unsweetened Greek yogurt (or almond milk for #nondairy alternative)
-1 teaspoon each baking soda and baking powder -1/4 cup semisweet or #nosugaradded chocolate chips (more if you want them sprinkled on top 😉)
👩🏼‍🍳Directions:
Place peanuts and maple syrup in a food processor and blend until smooth (stopping occasionally to scrape down from the sides when necessary). 🥜 Add in all other ingredients except for the chocolate chips and blend until evenly incorporated. 🍫 Stir in chocolate chips and pour into greased/sprayed pie pan (sprinkling more chocolate chips on top if you’re feeling wild). Step 1: Slice the avocado in half lengthwise
Step 2: Carefully remove the seed
Step 3: Place each half cut-side down and peel skin completely
Step 4: Slice into thin pieces and enjoy!

This super simple watermelon🍉, mint, and feta salad is perfect for entertaining (no oven required!) 🙌🏼 Simply combine cubes of seedless watermelon with a handful of feta cheese, fresh mint leaves, and a sprinkle of olive oil or lime juice (optional). Let the flavors marinate for an hour or so and enjoy! 🍽
