Light chest workout...inclined dumbbell flies, concentration is key as well as the pinch at the end, no need to go too negative or you’ll risk injury! Supersetted with 1/2 rep inclined shotguns, keeping the triceps out of the workout by doing 1/2 reps and focusing on the upper chest...oh yeah remember to BREATHE!!
Traps and shoulders...I enjoy doing shrugs on the preacher curl machine, the angle is great, and if you notice I pull my elbows back at the end for even more of squeeze! Followed by some front hammer shoulder raises and then a little variation (not sure the name) but ima call em pause cross raises...laterally raise up just a bit, quick hold and then raise up and in above the chest meeting the 2 dumbbells...you will be sore! Enjoy!
Everytime someone says something crazy to me about what I’m doing I always come back to this...this really happened...whats the argument at that point? Lol you can’t be that ignorant to deny this truth without even looking into it! I don’t believe everything Sebi said, and I’ve tested some of his theories I didn’t agree with, but overall he and Arnold Ehret had the right idea! Try it first! Hmu if you need help!
