Trying to think of a name for this years king cake baby paddle board/surfing ornaments. What do you think? If I use the name I’ll send you an ornament!!!@thebayouboogaloo @nolapaddleboards @nolachristmas
Power tools, a beautiful day, and scrap wood, oh my!
Lots of work and re-organizing in the studio. Built shelves to hold green ware, bisque, and glazed pieces. Thanks to hubby Sam for helping to make the space!!!
It’s a wonderful day in the neighborhood!!!
Learned how to change one of the heating element coils in my kiln! Many thanks to L&L Kiln company for continuing to make parts for old kilns, my dear friend Lora Delholm aka #foundrychick , and you tube for the assistance! Things are going to get HOT tomorrow in the studio even if the “swamp” aka New Orleans, is in the 30’s!!! #ceramics #anartistslife #kilnfiring #tulaneartschool
The subject of my next painting. I took this photo a few days ago while walking with Nola. I love being on the river.
Another day another house.
And there you have it, a shotgun house!!!
Cutting out the pieces.
