Small Cast Iron Skillet, ½ teaspoon GHEE, large egglicious egg, 1 slice hard salami, pinch of red pepper flakes, parsley, cracked black pepper, 1 teaspoon spicy brown mustard stack on inner romaine leaves. Crispy bottom soft fried egg with runny yolk takes this simple sandwich over the top. 
#getlostwithdeefittip #ToastedSalami Pan-Seared Salami. Great #NoCarb snack that has crunch. This is very simple to make but the results are super yummy; sear, sautéed or bake the salami until edges are crisp. And if the salami is sliced paper thin like a potato chip it will crisp nicely. If there’s any excess oil, place Salami chip on paper towel. Bon-Apetit for the win win!
