Happy birthday to my two older brothers (1 minute older, but they do like to claim it😂). I hope you have a fantastic 19th birthday🥳🎉 I used to think sharing things all the time would get annoying, but I think it can make it better (yes it does mean 3 cakes on your birthday 🍰). It’s crazy how fast time flies, but I feel like time has only made us closer, and remember we are trying to break the world record for the oldest triplets so we need to keep going😊👨🏼🦳👵🏼 Thank you for being who you are. The funny, smart, handsome and wonderful brothers you continue to grow up to be. I am so proud of what you have both achieved this year and throughout these 19 years. You deserve everything that comes your way because you’ve worked so hard for it. I couldn’t imagine sharing a birthday with anyone else and I can’t wait to share many more milestones with you. Thank you for being the most amazing brothers ever, I appreciate having you there for me always and look forward to more ‘Triplet Adventures’. Enjoy the day!!!
“You fall, you rise, you make mistakes, you live, you learn. You’re human, not perfect and that’s ok. You’ve been hurt, but you’re alive. Think of what a precious privilege it is to be alive, to breath, to think, to enjoy and to chase the things you love. Sometimes there is sadness in our journey, but there is also lots of success and beauty. We must keep putting one foot in front of the other even when we hurt, for we will never know what is waiting for us just around the bend”
Thank you to Dad for the great footage from today’s 60 second time trial, and a big congratulations to Courtney @cleg101 for not only the incredible support but for smashing it today💪🏼 and of course to coach Jackie for the support😊
When I heard I was doing a 60 second time trial I automatically thought of my 400m PB which I set a few years ago when I was racing, and that’s what I wanted to aim for today... Whilst I didn’t quite make it today, I was close and am running the fastest I have in a very long time so I need to be happy with that. Speed is definitely something that needs to be worked on, which I acknowledge. I can’t wait for it to all come together👍🏼🤞🏼😊
I wish I was one of those people that had the energy to smile when running😂🏃🏼♀️

Ok now for the running news. I was simply happy to be running there. Conditions weren’t 100% but I did my best and I know there is so much more to come👍🏼😏
Super happy to be getting back into parkrun again. I realised this morning again why I love running and it’s for moments like these-those little victories👍🏼👍🏼 The time certainly wasn’t bad but it will only get better from here👍🏼👍🏼 I’ll get there, yes it will take time and I’ve acknowledged that but I am so glad to be onboard the comeback train.
Also a little appreciation post for @cleg101. Who has been right beside me for a lot of my sessions and is super supportive (and quite the amazing athlete herself). Also to my coach Jackie for all the amazing advice and encouragement and for getting out and watching this morning👍🏼🏃🏼♀️
So yesterday was kind of a big deal for me. It was my first time running properly and my first session back at the track in AGES!!!! Yes I did do more than just stretching, but the fact I’m back running again is enough to put a smile on my face and I’ll never take that for granted
I am always asked, what’s it like being a triplet?? I then commonly answer this question with “I don’t really know any other way”. But now I think about it, I wouldn’t want to have it any other way, and being a triplet is something I will never take for granted. Yes, it is not always pleasant, you are always sharing things and ganging up on each other. But trust me, the positives certainly outweighs the negatives. Think about it, it’s 3x the banter, 3x the cake on your birthday and 3x the fun really. Every night is a talk session on what happened at school, every car ride is a joy ride and being a triplet to two brothers has certainly taught me how to “man up”. It is only during special occasions like this when I realise how much my brothers have being there for me, and how much they have supported and cared for me. I am often asked if I’d wanted a sister, instead of two brothers. When I was younger the answer was ‘yes’ because I’d always wanted to have someone to play barbie with. But now, I realise that having two brothers means I have two body guards and protectors, who are always there for me.
It has being 18 years and 18 years I will never ever forget!! You have grown into the most intelligent, smart, handsome and kindest brothers I could ever ask for! You both deserve absolutely everything you get today!! HAPPY 18th Matt and Riley, enjoy the day and night🎉🎉👍🏼❤️❤️🥂
