Featuring the Greatness of the past and the Exciting up and coming💫 🎉 Happy Birthday to an absolutely wonderfully talented and committed coach (Jackie). What a pleasure it was to celebrate this milestone, and I look forward to hearing more of and experiencing the many funny stories that come.
A Happy New Year from The Cleggs🥚 May 2019 be a year of many opportunities and memories. Thank you mum for the photo🎆🥳✔️
Here we are, about to jump into 2019, whilst reflecting on another year gone by. Just as 2018 has taught me so much, I am also grateful for the many memories I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing, such as volunteering for the commonwealth games, catching up with friends and family, surfing at the beach, running training, enrolling in university and buying a car, just to name a few. I have so many people to thank and be grateful for their presence in my life. I truly believe I wouldn’t be where I am today without them. Here’s to 2019, it’s going to be a very busy year, but I’m excited for the challenge.
Morning runs made better with amazing views and Chai Lattes. Glad to be getting back into a good training routine again. Resting between training days is sometimes essential and helps with recovery so you can come back firing🤞🏼💪🏼
It’s not what’s under the tree that matters. It’s who’s gathered around it
“Close your eyes and imagine the best possible version of yourself. That’s who you really are. Let go of any part of you that doesn’t believe it”
To my surprise this bear is actually inflatable and shouldn’t be sat on🤦🏼♀️😂
Saturday’s are usually parkrun days, but glad to have changed to do doing a time trial instead to see where I’m at. Had a great training week and really happy with where I’m at right now. Looking forward to continuing to improve and grow as an athlete🏃🏼♀️👍🏼 Featuring photo of me hitting the wall...😵 also very impressed with new spikes too 👟
I’ve got the balancing skills of a baby giraffe 🦒 But practice makes perfect right🏄♀️
There’s something relaxing about being out on the water. Goal for the summer is to stand up🙃 🌊
Of course it’s hard. It’s suppose to be hard. If it were easy, everybody would do it. Hard is what makes it great🙌🏼
Happy birthday to my two older brothers (1 minute older, but they do like to claim it😂). I hope you have a fantastic 19th birthday🥳🎉 I used to think sharing things all the time would get annoying, but I think it can make it better (yes it does mean 3 cakes on your birthday 🍰). It’s crazy how fast time flies, but I feel like time has only made us closer, and remember we are trying to break the world record for the oldest triplets so we need to keep going😊👨🏼🦳👵🏼 Thank you for being who you are. The funny, smart, handsome and wonderful brothers you continue to grow up to be. I am so proud of what you have both achieved this year and throughout these 19 years. You deserve everything that comes your way because you’ve worked so hard for it. I couldn’t imagine sharing a birthday with anyone else and I can’t wait to share many more milestones with you. Thank you for being the most amazing brothers ever, I appreciate having you there for me always and look forward to more ‘Triplet Adventures’. Enjoy the day!!!
“You fall, you rise, you make mistakes, you live, you learn. You’re human, not perfect and that’s ok. You’ve been hurt, but you’re alive. Think of what a precious privilege it is to be alive, to breath, to think, to enjoy and to chase the things you love. Sometimes there is sadness in our journey, but there is also lots of success and beauty. We must keep putting one foot in front of the other even when we hurt, for we will never know what is waiting for us just around the bend”
Thank you to Dad for the great footage from today’s 60 second time trial, and a big congratulations to Courtney @cleg101 for not only the incredible support but for smashing it today💪🏼 and of course to coach Jackie for the support😊 When I heard I was doing a 60 second time trial I automatically thought of my 400m PB which I set a few years ago when I was racing, and that’s what I wanted to aim for today... Whilst I didn’t quite make it today, I was close and am running the fastest I have in a very long time so I need to be happy with that. Speed is definitely something that needs to be worked on, which I acknowledge. I can’t wait for it to all come together👍🏼🤞🏼😊
Had to dodge more dogs than people today😂🏃🏼♀️🐕
Super happy to be getting back into parkrun again. I realised this morning again why I love running and it’s for moments like these-those little victories👍🏼👍🏼 The time certainly wasn’t bad but it will only get better from here👍🏼👍🏼 I’ll get there, yes it will take time and I’ve acknowledged that but I am so glad to be onboard the comeback train. Also a little appreciation post for @cleg101. Who has been right beside me for a lot of my sessions and is super supportive (and quite the amazing athlete herself). Also to my coach Jackie for all the amazing advice and encouragement and for getting out and watching this morning👍🏼🏃🏼♀️
