All 3 athletes work on the synchro air squats. Once completed, athlete 1 starts on the rower. Once they are done, athlete 2 begins rowing, then athlete 1 moves to the hspu. And so on.

1. Each athlete owns their reps before the bar passes on. A1 will complete 10 reps, then A2 completes 10 and so on.

2. @0:00 Each athlete will begin at a station, they will perform as many reps in that min and then switch until all reps are completed. Once reps are achieved, that station will become rest.

Starting with 30 reps, perform ground to overhead followed by an overhead carry of 50 ft, then 27,24,21 etc. Anytime plate rests on floor, perform 10 burpees.
