Our twelfth and FINAL round of #ProjectJustYoga! December we are going to switch it up big time for #ProjectJustYoga12: we are going to give you three flow or VINYASA practices! Oh I am still streaking... The plan was 7×400meters....in the between  each run I added one of the exercise on myfitmas list..... let me tell you....that was a workout! Happy Pre-Friday and Day 22 of being awesome!
