I would have the same look on my face if Jerry had pierced my soul the way he did to Keith during this Playin'

One of the smoothest transitions you’ll ever hear. It’s hard to tell where Sunshine Daydream ends and and Scarlet Begonias begins. #icanttellifitstheendorbeginnig #sugarmagnolia #sunshinedaydream #scarletbegonias #07161990 #tigdh #whatasegue #smooth #seamless #gratefuldead #jerrygarcia #bobweir #phillesh #billkreutzmann #mickeyhart #brentmydland #31daysofdead
If somebody asked me to select my favorite minute of music from the the Dead's first magical run at Red Rocks this would be it. @redrocksco

For those who say that @deadandcompany sometimes plays too slowly, I present you with Tennessee Jed from '76. Jerry at his groovy, slow-molasses waltz best. Happy Monday! 😎✌️👍🎸🎵🔥⚡️ #tennesseejed #06181976 #tdigdh #whatwouldjerrydo #wwjd #slow #waltz #groovy #itisntreallyfastenoughforyou #gratefuldead #jerrygarcia #bobweir #phillesh #billkreutzmann #mickeyhart #keithgodchaux #donnagodchaux #deadandcompany #johnmayer #oteilburbridge #jeffchimenti @31daysofdead

Part V - My last memory of the Grateful Dead’s healing music during this difficult time was at Madison Square Garden on September 8, 1991. It was the first show that Scott’s wife of 1-year, Nicole, attended following his death. We were there with her – the usual gang – Dan, Crazy Otto and me. The band encored with “Attics” – the same song that was played at Scott’s funeral. It took us by surprise. We assumed that the band had retired “Attics” after Brent’s death. It was one of “those” moments that can only happen at a Grateful Dead concert. We engaged in a group hug and didn’t let go for a long time. Grateful Dead therapy.
