Day 77/100.... @miccavanvield Yesterday I told you I had something to share. For 75 days I stayed on @100strongandsexy challenge with all home workouts and outdoor exercises. I’ve lost weight and crazy inches....To the point of where I had to change my goal and I’ve now hit my new goal. Day 77! - after having to take it easy for a few days due to injury I am well on may way to a full recovery. Did some major stretching this morning and abs then went for a run after work and it felt really good. Going to finish strong!
