Different fats have different molecular structure - that's obvious. And our body interacts with diffetent molecules differently, our metabolism is affected in different ways depending on a molecular structure of a fat.
How exactly? I don't know exactly. And nobody else does, as far as I know.
But I notice it without fail - swapping animal proteins and fats to fish and eggs only, more monounsaturated fats and omega-3s from marine sources, more plant whole food fats instead of animal fats - and EVERYTHING ELSE BEING EQUAL - people get leaner and their cholesterol profile improves.

That's some variation of weighted cardio or exercise - but that's not training that will build muscles and strength. Really not.

Like MORE KETONES = LEANER BODY/MORE FATLOSS.
๐Ÿค”It also seems that FAT LOSS BENEFITS OF KETO come mostly from initial lowering of insulin levels and after unhealthy weight is lost keto is not superior for getting lean and shredded, to lets say diet richer in proteins and moderate in healthy whole food paleo carbs. Especially true, when people start chasing fat forgetting that 1 g of fat still has twice as much calories with THE LEAST THERMOGENIC EFFECT OF ALL NUTRIENTS! Especially from "bottled" fats VS whole food sources. โ˜๏ธMy point is: chasing more ketones for people experiencing fat loss plateaus, especially after being on keto for a while in most cases is not the answer!
