Today marks #sixweeks of #mealprepping . I've been cooking pure veggies and different types of tofu For many of you that know me know that I hardly eat. I hardly take breakfast breaks and lumch breaks while I'm working so this is a change for me. Usually my one and only meal for the day comes at dinner time and then off to bed. So I've put an end to that.
I start off my mornings with a half cup to a cup of raw oats, a tablespoon of raw cocoa powder, a tablespoon of raw chia seeds, a tablespoon of raw hemp seeds, a tablespoon of Goji berries, 2-3 tablespoons of raw roasted nuts, a tablespoon of natural peanut butter and lastly a tablespoon of raw pure honey.
My lunch usually consists of a steamed unseasoned assortments of veggies and tofu. I try and make different dishes each week. One week I did steamed veggies with strips of tofu another week I made a purely homemade 3 bean and corn chilli. Then I tried my hand at making zucchini and butternut squash spaghetti with tofu ground crumbles.
This is still new to me and I eat the same thing everyday for the week so that my body can get use to eating regularly. This has helped so much and my body is definitely going through changes. I've already started dropping weight snd the next added challenge starts tomorrow 6MILE RUNS.
