★ POLISH SUSHI / POLEDWICA LOSOSIOWA ★ Well not really, but another one of my faves - smoked raw loin cut really really super thin! ★ Divine! ★ Very lean though, awesome if you're trying to cut fat (because you have enough on your body & this will still be keto!) or for #PSMF ★ Although I am currently not counting anything, staying conscious of portions and keeping it #zerocarb (or nearly there for occasional avocado) & you know what? FEELING FANTASTIC! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
★SCALES★ I HATE THEM! When I was young I was addicted to the numbers getting smaller on them, now I just constantly cringe and no matter what the reading it puts me in the bad mood unless I'm under a certain & specific number ★ I mean, I can always FEEL when I'm loosing weight, I can see by the way my clothes feel, by the way I look in the mirror; DO I REALLY NEED TO STEP ON THAT THING? ★ When I don't use scale, I'm much happier and it's not in the way that I'm denying my weight (that is no good either - I've been there & done that) ★ I mean, we need to use it to somehow track our progress but I find that if I do it weekly or even biweekly it is so much better than doing it every day...
★THE BOMB★ These things are really really really good! If you tried the egg loaf & like it, just add some of crushed pork rinds (swipe for recipe) ★ EGG LOAF game changer! Makes it less eggy & improves the texture ★ So far I only made it in sweet versions (with various @oooflavors) but I'm sure a savory one will rock too! ★ Yesterday I feasted on heaps of philly cheesesteak & it was delish; had few store bought SF chocolates in the evening & my stomach hated me for them but hey, a girl needs her chocolate once in a while! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
★BEAUTIFUL★ Korean beauty routine as usual! My face is super sensitive, going into the winter is the worst time for me & my skin. I get super red cheeks & amazingly dry, like crocodile dry & super itchy on my face ★ I've done expensive treatments but found my routine that helps a lot with Korean beauty snail mucin line (yup, you read that right) and natural oils (rose hip, vitamin C & E, argan etc)★
★Also the diet helps tremendously! less wrinkles, clear skin, glowy complexion, I get complimented on my skin a lot and it wasn't like that in the past! ★ I'm hoping doing EFs & meat only will further help my skin issues!★ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

A tribute to my childhood in Poland ★ Hard boiled eggs, chopped up & mixed with raw egg, crushed pork rinds & lots of chives & parsley (salt & pepper of course) then molded into little patties and dipped in more pork rinds then pan fried ★ Bam! early 1980's Poland staple ★
★SIMPLE★ I'm all about simplicity; simple food, simple home décor, simple clothes, simple makeup & hair (but don't get me wrong simple doesn't mean without style, style and thought put into everything is the key!) ★ I like entertaining & having fun with family & friends, I love preparing delish food for them, I'm even more ecstatic that food is low carb & sugar free! ★ Little lemon cheesecake cups topped with raspberry jam ★ Cream cheese, vanilla, lemon juice, stevia & gelatin topped with mushed raspberries with stevia ★ Yesterday I prepared all the sweat & savory treats, today I'm in the process of preparing the bird (I chose duck this year because I was craving it for over a month and hey, I like to be little different!) & side dishes of veggies & cheese ★ While I FEEL it's not enough food/variety (I also like to go big!) from experience it's more than enough to feel satisfied not stuffed; I'll probably won't be able to eat half of the things I've prepared as I get full really fast! But I will sure enjoy the company, laughter & conversations... ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

★BEAST MODE★ Say hello to my feasting & fasting buddy Coco; she's a American bulldog/pit rescue & she's a weirdo ★ For years I had her (and her late "sister") naturally on a IF schedule ★ She has major skin allergies & problems so she can't have many snacks & treats aside from veggies, but we limit those to none lately as they make her fart like MOFO! you don't want a 60+lbs bull farting in your home, trust me on that!;) ★ Stopping all her treats & having her on strict IF (feeding OMAD) leaned her out into very healthy weight; she's entering her senior years in best shape of her life ★ I want to be like Coco :) She's a beast!
2 1/2 Months Carnivore!! The pic on the left is about 2 weeks into the Carnivore WOE...this nighty is stretched across my body with no excess material or give...8 weeks of bacon🥓, burger patties, chicken wings 🍗 and steak later 🥩, (🤣🤣 this still blows my mind!!) the same nighty is much looser, showing wrinkles of extra material!
I've noticed significant inches lost and a tightening in my upper abdomen, waist, love handles and back which is FACINATING! I've lost weight before and I've never seen a change in body composition...just a general shrinking with the same lumps and bumps...just smaller versions. This is a totally different experience as a much LEANER physique is emerging rather than just weight loss...and the only work out I've been doing is a 1hr ballet class each week and the lifting of my fav chicken wings and steak to my lips!😂 It's important to point out, especially for newer Carnivores, that I've seen only a 2lb loss on the scale but have gone from a size 13/14 to a size 5/6 clothing size, confirming that a scale is a very limited tool and should NOT be relied upon to judge progress in this WOE!

I'm on week 5 of the carnivore diet now, and i thought a lot about switching to a keto diet and start eating vegetables again. But i decided to keep going.
