When this is the start of your show, you know you are in for something special. Flaming Lips blew me away. A perfect lead into our episode focusing on live shows coming out Wednesday. #saskjazzfest#yxe#flaminglips @tamarabowman @carybowman #heyyoshimi
Sometimes it's lovely to just lay on the couch and really observe what's around you with the TV off, the music off, the windows open, and literally just listening to absolutely nothing but the tiniest little breeze outside. #chilling#restoration#quiettime#yxe#peaceful#reflective
Oh I am so grateful that this beauty sold today! I am even more thankful it is going to an old coworker who I know treasured it from afar for a while ❤️ I love it when art comes full circle #happyfriday

Powerlifting is often assumed to be a lone person sport but working in a team is what makes you better. Check out @lanapricewright from The Badass Life Coach and what she has to say about powerlifting and community:

Find your community and love them hard.
The saying goes you are the sum of your five closest friends. How often are you surrounded by like-minded people.
What brings me back to powerlifting over and over is the community. The cheers from a across the room when your grinding a deadlift. The community that will welcome you back with open arms over and over and over. A community that will support you 100% on and off the platform. Rather your a competitor or a beginner we are all humbled by the weight on the bar.
Like you heard earlier this week I always wanted to be apart of a team and instead I stumbled into a community. •
It took me five years to join CrossFit because I thought I had to lose weight first. Five.years. What I was resisting is what my soul was craving!
So I’m curious what have you been resisting when it comes to your health and fitness? If you were to embrace instead of resist how could your world transform?
