🤔 MINDSET 🤔
Something I decided to do at the start of 2018 was "NO ZERO DAYS" this means every day I spend a minimum 30minutes doing something to better myself. For me this is studying, reading and researching topics to upskill me in the areas I want to improve.
Do yourself a favour... No more zero days. Start doing something for you every day!
I wish you wouldn't put so much pressure on yourself love

Try not to focus too much on what others have
because that can easily shift into thoughts of LACK in your own life
Be present in your OWN life, you chose this time, space & personality
that best fit what YOU were wanting to accomplish & express
I encourage you to always find those moments & things that are resistance free to shower with gratitude

How much love you have for your animals
How much appreciation you have for your health
How grateful you are for a warm place to call home
The fact that you woke up for another day
A fresh day
A new point of attraction

It was totally her idea and for 15 minutes, she did EVERYTHING! And then asked for more! So we did another 10 minutes too.
I have a feeling this
WILL BE the FAMILY FAVORITE for 2019.
Hubby even watched, asked questions and when I said it’s only going to be 20 minutes I think I hooked him!
I got this for me, but I see that really it’s a gift for us ALL.
All we need is a step, a wifi connection and each other (-and the best trainor- Shaun T). When this can bring 5 to 40 year olds on to the same playing field, challenge, change and inspire us, I CANNOT say anything is wrong.
So families! Listen up, we need to be more active, we have to be proactive in teaching our kids the importance of health and fitness, so why not make this a family gift? I guarantee it is a WIN WIN.
And if you don’t believe ME, ask the littles, they are watching and they can do as much as we show them they can do (sometimes even more😉) Don’t ask me how many times I almost fell figuring out the moves?!? And when this little one stumbled, she just kept on going!!! That’s proof, that’s a gift.
Gaining weight is never going to be easy, whether it be intentionally or unintentionally. Seeing your body change and grow, is going to be hard.
ESPECIALLY when everything in society is telling you that weight gain is bad.
We see shit like “how to feel confident and sexy a dress size smaller” or “lose 10lbs in 10 days”.
What about, how to feel confident and sexy after going up a dress size? Or how to feel amazing gaining 10lbs?
Weight loss is so glorified and drilled into people that they need to lose weight to be happier.
It’s about time we stopped thinking about the numbers and defining our worth based on what size jeans we buy.

These pictures of me remind me of some of the things I see on Instagram these days. On the surface everything looks great; everything is just peachy and the person in the posed photo looks like they live a charmed life full of well fitting pants and cute tops.
But then, when you do a bit of digging, you see their camera roll and unedited pictures and realise that underneath it all, there’s a squishy muffin top and big old angry camel toe.
I like to take my Instagram feed with a grain of salt. There’s nothing wrong with squishy muffin tops and angry labia, we just need to remember that most people don’t go out of their way to show them off...most people 😂
No comparison, no envy, no wishing that I was fitter, more beautiful or smarter. No competition with anyone than myself. It’s up to you and what you do with your time that you have been given! I’m struggling for photos to post lately, anyone else?
Obviously, I’m not against captions that are totally unrelated to the photos. But this winter light is leaving me totally stuck! Any tips?
Instagram is wonderful but the perfection here can also be a little intimidating. To be perfectly honest, though, I couldn’t care less how good somebody’s photos are as long as I can get to know them somehow through what they write and share.
PACK LUNCH OVER FREE LUNCH?! 😟
so today is meant to be a free lunch BUT I'm taking my own lunch instead: baked chicken breast with bulgar wheat, ratatouille and green beans 🙆♀️ this is purely because it's 1 of the occasions out of 6 I have in the diary this week that I won't be spending with people I necessarily love. But I WILL enjoy my 3 course dinner I'm having tonight, as that IS about spending time with the important people and making fab memories ❤ talk about #balance 🙆♀️🌟 don't be afraid to make healthy choices every now and again to help YOU cope with the holiday season (and equally if you want to eat allll the food then DO IT!). It's all about what works for you and what will make you happy 😇
It really does 💫 try your absolute hardest to get into a mindset where you are willing to change, motivated to change!.
You won’t always be motivated, heck no ❌ so what you watch 📱, read, see, what you immerse yourself into is what really matters!!!! I go on and on about ‼️YOUR ENVIRONMENT‼️ and how it really has a massive impact on you!! .
So step back, and reevaluate your situation right now and picture 🌅 where you want to be next week, next year, next month, and make a plan! Without a plan it’s just a “I wish”. Don’t let your wishes just be wishes ✨ , don’t be the one to have regret next month cos you didn’t do your tasks. Be consistent, you’ll get there ✌️

Each week I will be posting a question for you mamas to answer! Tag a mama who might need some encouragement! This week, we will be talking about how breastfeeding can be hard! It’s work and it doesn’t come easy for everyone! I’ve heard some say “it’s 90% determination and 10% milk”. Keep up the awesome work mamas and ask for help when you are struggling. What was the hardest thing about breastfeeding? For me, my last baby had a tongue and lip tie. Luckily we discovered it on day 4 and got it revised when she was 6 days old. Those 6 days of feeding her were a nightmare. The pain was almost unbearable to the point that I thought about quitting. And I absolutely love to nurse my babies. It was terrible, toe curling pain. After the revision, it was a lot of work. But we all survived and she’s a chunk! You’ve got this mama!

I think I hate fake hair just as much as I hate fake friends. @hairbykristingrip has summed this up perfectly! When guest show me their inspiration pictures from Pinterest I’m often confronted with highly filtered images that are not realistic or completely achievable, my skill set is fair but I have not mustered the real life filter yet....🤔 And stylist who do use filters on their work just STOP, seriously you are setting yourself up for failure and disappointing for your guest and it sets a unrealistic precedent for the rest of us. #youdoyou#nofilter#nofilterneeded#keepitreal#expectationvsreality#fake#hair#hairdresser#hairdressing#reality

I was on a mission. I was determined to wear a bowtie and suspenders for the company christmas party this year. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED. I did it and I LOVED IT! I’m so cute. ☺️ Remember friends, wear what makes you feel comfortable and confident. If you have a big goofy smile on your face when you look at yourself in the mirror, you’re doing something right. Look good, feel great, have an amazing time.
