A little history of how I got started: After being a runner (and running either 5 miles a day while pushing 2 children or training for half and full marathons), I tore my hamstring. I gained weight during recovery. It took years until I could run again, but once I could workout, I hit the gym. I worked out 5 days a week, well over an hour each workout... But nothing was happening. I wasn’t getting the extra weight off or the results I wanted. That’s when I was introduced to these wonderful at-home workout programs and said, “why not give it a try???” 🤷♀️ I made a goal for myself... It was mid July and I wanted to be in a bikini 👙 by our family vacation mid August. I hadn’t worn a bikini since before kids.
Guess what???? I followed a program that told me how to workout to get results and how to eat healthy. And during my vacation.... for the first time in years.... I wore a bikini 🙌💪💥 (picture from that day to the right. I’m pasty white, but I don’t care, it was a big accomplishment for me LOL 😝).
