We have a tendancy to put ourselves down, we feel embarrassed about sharing our wins so instead share more of our lows.
You should be proud of the successes, no matter how small without feeling afraid of coming across as 'stuck-up'(because you don't!!)🙅♀️
For me this is a massive milestone in my business 🥳and instead of sitting in my room with a smile on my face for no-one to see, I decide to share it with the world in the hope it encourages one of you to be proud of YOURSELF 🙏

Like it’s okay to call ourselves an ugly elephant/pig but it’s never okay to say that we do like our body; because we'll sound attention seeking, self-centered & overconfident 🤔
It’s okay to complement our friend's body shape because we'll sound nice & kind. But it’s never okay to compliment OURS😑
Why do we accept to give compliments to others, but rarely compliment ourselves?
It’s true that no one taught us how important it is to LOVE our bodies, since most of us grew up surrounded by unrealistic & unhealthy beauty ideals that were negatively reinforced by magazines, celebrity crushes, friends, siblings & family... But, now, it’s in OUR hands, we need to stop this, learn to love our bodies & be gentle with ourselves because you know what? 🤗

The amount of times I have said to one of my mentees “the secret in the sauce is you” not what you do. Stop discounting yourself just cause you see something has been done before or thinking the world doesn’t need another one of these or another one of that.
If I ever allowed that to be my thought process I would never have started my business as an event planner, I would have never started teaching, speaking, or educating on business strategies and tools for planners and fellow creatives, I would have never started an educational conference for planners, I would have never originated or co-authored a book for planners and I would never allow myself to think and execute bigger and better each and every year. •

Die Woche 47 hat begonnen, das heißt wir starten wieder mit einem Montag. 😁
Was soll ich sagen, es ist recht kalt da draußen und auf dem Weg ins Training 🏋️♂️ dachte ich mir, oh man... der Sommer bzw. die wärmeren Zeiten sind nun endgültig vorbei. 😳☃️❄️

Weihnachten 🎄🎅 rückt so langsam näher und es heißt derzeit wieder, Geschenke für seine(n) Liebste(n) zu finden. Die Geschäfte laufen über, die Menschenmassen tümmeln sich durch die Gänge und alle sind auf der Suche nach dem besonderem Geschenk. 🎁 Doch gibt es immer noch das Denken, umso teurer das Präsent umso mehr wird der beschenkte geliebt. 😩 Dabei entscheidet nicht der Preis über die Liebe, sondern die Tatsache das man sich Gedanken um die Person gemacht hat und womit man denjenigen eine richtige Freude macht. ☺️ Kleine Kinder spielen meist mehr mit der Verpackung als mit dem eigentlichen Geschenk. Denn die sind zum Glück noch nicht so fixiert auf dem materiellen Wert, wie manch ein Erwachsener.🤑 Wir sollten uns alle mal besinnen und ein Fest feiern, welches mehr Liebe in sich trägt als irgendein teurer "Schrott". ❤️🥰😍

As practitioners, we are looking for a way to make space for our client’s emotions; being able to notice them, talk about them, let them flow and at the same time, guide our clients to a place where their emotions can empower them, their situations, and their relationships.⠀
As practitioners, we also look for ways for us to deal with our own emotions when giving sessions – allowing empathy to take place, while keeping focus on the experience of our clients rather on ourselves.⠀

Another fantastic day out on the hills yesterday on my Hiking and Hygge retreat.
Blue skies the whole day.🌞🙏 We headed up to Helm Crag and then along the ridge line right to the end of the valley and back down.
The ladies are currently enjoying their final yoga session before we have breakfast and say our goodbyes. Couldn't have asked for a nicer group of ladies who have made this weekend simply fantastic. 💕

What comes first to your mind when you hear BREAKFAST?
We have been conditioned to associate breakfast with cereals or eggs. But if you have that 10am energy drop and you need to keep yourself going by having yet another cup of coffee/tea than maybe you have too look for a better option for you.
Breakfast should help you stay focused, energised, creative, etc until lunch. Yes you may get a bit hungry and need a snack but your energy should not be affected.
So if you have that 10am energy drop you may test different food for breakfast than your usual one! Everyone is different so I cannot tell you what will definitely work for you but message me if you need some help with that.

God has given each of us unique ways of showing up in the world. I love the diverse gifts of each of my friends and family. How boring the world would be if we were all exactly the same!
