Losing our minds over these gorgeous Cheddar Dill Waffles with Eggs & Bacon🍳🥓🧀😍
Use @americanspoon waffle & pancake mix and add the following: 1/2 cup of grated Prairie Breeze Cheddar cheese, 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh dill, 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard and 1 teaspoon of freshly cracked pepper. Stir it all into the batter and proceed as normal. Top with a @blindstarbobbi egg, some extra dill and some @circlebranchpork bacon. Savory waffle perfection! 🥓🍳

This is one of my all time favorite salads and I threw a sunny-side up egg on top for a little extra protein. Thinking about this salad makes my mouth water 🤤😝It’s the Farro Salad from @charliebirdnyc and you can find the recipe online at @nytcooking. I promise you won’t be disappointed. It does take a little bit of time to prepare but it makes 6 healthy servings and is 10000% worth it

These are the yolks I started curing last week. They hardened up nicely. After a rinse of the salt and sugar mix, I put them in the oven at 170° for about 70 minutes, to dry them up. They are a little greasy, which I wasn’t expecting, but should have. Crispy Tuna and Potato Cakes
Served with a poached egg & lots of greens!
4 potatoes, boiled then mashed
Add to mashed potato:-
2 cans tuna
1 slice bread - blitzed to a fine crumb
4 spring onions finely chopped
1-2 tsp paprika
Seasoning to taste
Pat into 10-12 cakes and cover in extra breadcrumbs on both sides.
Heat a large pan and place the cakes in until browned. *A great vegan/vegetarian replacement is to replace the tuna with cooked lentils. Sweet potato works just as well too😉#recipeinspo#eatwellfeelwell#TheFitHub
Scottish Food and Drink Fortnight (1st-16th September) may be over, but since when should eating locally sourced Scottish produce be restricted to just a fortnight?! All week I’m going to be cooking up an affordable, comforting and absolutely delicious Scottish storm using ingredients from my preferred supermarket, @lidluk 🏴 My recipes are super easy to make, rarely involve any measurements (I prefer the ‘add as much cheese as you like’ method!) and create tasty dishes that people actually want to eat. First up, breakfast! I’ve made a majestic tower of buttery Orkney cheddar crumpets, Scottish smoked salmon and sliced avocado, topped with a free-range organic poached egg 🧀🥑🍳
Method: Toast your crumpets for 2 minutes ~ Smother them in butter then quality grated cheddar and chuck them under the grill on high for 4 minutes ~ Poach an egg; I won’t pretend to be an expert in this field (I don’t even use vinegar or create a whirlpool) but once you know, you know ~ Bring out the crumpets and assemble, trying to keep the layers reasonably flat so that your poachie balances on top ~ I went crumpet, salmon, avo, crumpet, salmon, avo then popped on my poachie, sprinkled it with chilli flakes and pepper then devoured the lot 🤤 @eat_scottish, @lidluk #ScotFoodGoals#PlateExpectations#Ad
