I’m not sure if anything goes together better than tomato and egg yolk. When I saw my leftover grilled mushroom ragu in the fridge, I just had to put an egg on it. Homemade French bread slices were the perfect sponge to deliver the perfect bite.

I’m a working mom & I own my own business. I’m lucky if I even get to cook breakfast. I don’t have time to just eat egg whites without buying the nasty processed kind from a jug. I wake up I heat up a skillet drop my egg and make my cold brew. Meanwhile my 1 year old slams into the back of my legs repeatedly with her walker. Whoever said egg yolks will kill you? The cholesterol isn’t going to effect your overall blood cholesterol. There is definitely benefits from eating the WHOLE egg. I’m focusing on reality here... unless I decide to be a stay at home mom and still pay someone else to watch my child full time... then I just have to focus on being as healthy as I can without having it consume me. I’m focusing on eating Whole Foods and using them for my overall benefit without killing myself in the kitchen and taking away from time with my child. I plan to continue toning it up, but keeping in tune with my daily life as well.
