🌿I know everyone is always wondering what I’m wearing when I go to the gym. Jk, it’s mostly baggy t-shirts and probably torn yoga pants.
🌿Today I got my JoyLab shirt from @target on! It’s super light and open-back. Which is a luxury if you a sweater like me🙋🏽♀️.
🌿Pants are from @forever21! Some of my favorites, because they’re a breathable material and genuinely squat-proof.
🌿And last but not least, my SHOES😍. I’ve always been a shoe-aholic. So it makes me very happy to say that I’ve found my perfect match that has kept me satisfied (as far as trainers go) for over year! My @nike Zoom All Out hightops are my absolute favorite ever. I usually prefer a thinner sole for workout shoes, but years of basketball have left my feet and ankles in a less-than-ideal condition. So these are the perfect mix: cushiony and natural feeling!

I have been studied emotions and cognition nearly for the last 6 years . Emotions are complex and multifaceted phenomena.
The one safe generalization that can be made about all emotions is that they don’t start out as feelings at all but as physiological sensations. So even when a person can’t comprehend their feeling experience, they’re typically aware of what’s happening to them physically. And this is true even when what they’re feeling is a “blank”—a strange numbness within them. For these “non-feeling,” dissociative experiences also warrant being understood emotionally.
Full moon time is a perfect time to reflect , bring awareness and let go of everything that was holding you back , especially of some destructive and suppressed emotions, that very often we are not aware of. 👀

The stance helps you to spread out both your shoulders and your hips.
The spine is stretched longer during the act of this yoga asana.
Beneficial in Asthma, constipation and flatulence.
Useful in sleeping disorder like Insomnia.
Beneficial in the problems related to the back or spine.
Eagle pose or ( Garudasana) 🦅 is a yoga pose that helps with balance and joint stability;it has therapeutic applications for those suffering from asthma, backache or sciatica.The pose is unique in that it is the only one in yoga that opens the 14 largest joints in the body simultaneously.🌀
Balancing asana EkaPadaPranamasana ( one - legged prayer pose) . All balancing asanas develop the functions of the cerebellum, the brain center that controls how the body works in motion. Most people are uncoordinated in their movements, so their bodies constantly have to compensate for their lack of balance in order to avoid falling or knocking things over. This expends maximum effort and energy for minimum results, creating considerable additional strai. Such people will benefit from this series. Balancing asanas improve muscle coordination and posture, inducing physical and nervous balance, and stilling unconscious movement.
