Well, totally proud of myself this morning! 👏Woke up early and got the yoga mat out! This is a first! ➡️Generally it’s mindless scrolling on my phone 📲thinking about what I should do and never flippin doing it. 😏Sound familiar to anyone or is it just me?
Anyway to keep me going, has anyone got any good yoga apps to recommend as despite knowing a bit of yoga .. I need a teacher. So someone to follow would be great. Any suggestions? Would love to know what you do?
Anyway back to the mat .. #namaste 🙏 #yogatime
Today is day 50 of my 100 Challenge! Half way there!! 💃🏻
I made a promise to myself that I would commit to this challenge to intentionally walk every day for 100 days. No set pace, no set distance, just intentionally walking! 🚶🏼♀️
I’ve not missed a day yet and I’m feeling pretty darn proud!! 💃🏻
@hiittoinvert Handstand Circuit 1 tonight. ·
For sure thought I was way more vertical than I am. 😅
Lots of progress to be made, but @heatherlynnfit inversion workshop this weekend was a good place to start! 🤸🏻♀️🙏🏻🧘🏻♀️
Sunrise practice this morning ✨ for Day 50 of 108 days of @19minuteyoga ✅ #108days19my This is the longest I’ve practiced daily ever 🙌 Shout out to my favorite mat Manduka Superlite that I practice on everyday. Super thin and very sticky for awesome grip. Equally important: easily packs into my luggage. Not an ad 👌
Because I have a glut of cukes I needed more recipes. This one looked good. 🥒RECIPE BELOW🥒
Have you ever tried it? Good?
German Cucumber Salad Recipe
2 English cucumbers or 4 medium cucumbers
1/2 cup sour cream (115g)
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp fresh or frozen dill
1/2 tsp salt
black pepper to taste
Peel the cucumbers if desired and thinly slice them with a mandoline slicer. The thinner the better! Put them in a large salad bowl.
In a medium bowl whisk together the sour cream, vinegar, sugar, and dill. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour dressing over cucumber slices and toss until combined. Cover and let chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Serve with a slotted spoon.

We are shooting a promo video for #piyolive today and couldn’t help but feel less like an imposter now that I am going through my #200hrytt
I still don’t know if I will ever teach, but if I did I know I would love to figure out a way to make it my own. I am learning to release the notion and the idea that my poses and postures need to look like the one you see on #Instagram and just sink into understanding my body, my alignment, and my practice.
Is this pose right? Probably not. Do I care? Not really. Just trying to enjoy life and get better one day at a time!
My all time favourite back stretches just keep an eye on your limit when twisting! Do what feels right for you. If you try to keep up with others when you have scoliosis you'll end up being injured. I learnt that the hard way!
Hello! 👋I'm 25 years old, studying Occupational Therapy, and completely new to yoga. .
All my life I've battled with chronic pain, joint conditions, and injury. This past January, eager to use my Christmas gift and desperate to find some relief, I picked up my new yoga mat and began taking classes. I quickly fell in love, but after a few months priorities changed and I lost consistency. .
The past month or so I've been recording these timelapse videos to stay consistent and keep better track of my progress, but didn't want to share them publicly until now. 🙈
I made this account to keep myself accountable to getting on the mat consistently, and to keep pursuing progress in strength and flexibility. I would love you to follow and come alongside me in my journey, and appreciate any tips or advice along the way! .
There's something so inspiring about a woman completely LIT with determination and passion. This mama right here decided once and for all, she would NOT quit on herself and in THREE months she accomplished an amazing and well deserved transformation! WHILE nursing by the way!
It wasn't easy. It was SIMPLE - but it wasn't easy.
It takes sweat, determination, and NO excuses.
It takes prioritizing your health, fitness, and wellness EVERY day until it's a habit just like brushing your teeth.
And you know what? It feels DAMN good. And what's even better is we do this TOGETHER. We support one another. We hold each other accountable. We share tips and insight. .
Natalie and I connected on social media - we've never met in person - but you know what? I freakin love her and consider her a wonderful friend that I get to chat with each day. And it's only a matter of time until I can actually squeeze her! How cools is that? .
There you have it - the KEYS to success: sweat, accountability, proper nutrition, consistency.
So what's your biggest area of struggle??
A. I don't have time
B. I don't know where to start
C. I don't understand how to eat healthy
D. I hate working out
E. I have no support
I'd love to know and chat about it. There are always ways to get around that big thing you believe is holding you back!
So THANKFUL I can walk today!
Yesterday when I came home from my race I opened my Netflix for fitness and completed a little yoga stretch session. .
I love having access to over 75 workout programs at my fingertips and I can workout when I want! Using the variety to suit my lifestyle!

Whew!! Church this morning has me all fired up!! Our Pastor preached on The Beatitudes of Revelation. ❤️
I realized I’ve done studies on the book Revelation but I haven’t just read it through...soooo soon as I got home I pulled my study bible and I’ve got a plan to really dig in over the next 3 weeks!!! 🙏🏼
I challenge you to read along with me...we’ll pray for each other and ask God to help us understand it!! 📖
Jesus is coming back y’all...and we need to be ready!! 😍
Tuned out to tune in.
I love coming from a place of service. Being available. Pouring into.
In the past couple of days I became antsy... demanding energy, gimme, I want, assumptions, I needs... these were the messages coming through from all directions.
I am an introvert. Lots of energy can be draining for sure and I found myself making mental list of everyone else needs and began to ignore mine.
I realized a message I hadn't received was, "how are you?", "is there anything I can help with/anything you need?, a check in.... my inbox and IM is filled with what others need and want. Even a troll expecting me to convince her why I get to do what I do while fat.
Here's what I did. The antsy was the universe's way of turning in to me. Ask myself how I am. What did I need? So I unplugged. I slept. I binge watched documentaries. I picked up the clutter. I did laundry.
I took care of myself.
Because the reality is, people will want and be there when they are ready and the expectation is for you to respond in an instant. To even convince someone so they feel better somehow by me talking them into why I have permission to be me. F that.
I pour best into others because I pour into me first.
Took an hour and a 1/2 yoga class today that I struggled in big time.... and I embraced it. That is where I grow. Outside of my comfort zone. .
