I woke up today and rolled out my mat for a morning stretch, I contemplated for a bit thinking about how beautiful our goddess circle went last night and then let my body take me on a journey. I realised in that moment that it wasn’t going to be a normal yoga practice and more of a wild dance 💃🏻 We dance a lot in our circles, I feel so connected to this free movement, getting lost in my own world as my body moves me from one step to the next like fluid, feeling sensual, strong, embodied and completely in the moment... ✨
#NovemberNiyamas Day 3: Tapas or Discipline. •If there was anything I could have given my younger self, a little token of advice, a little piece of wisdom, any hint in the-path-of-least-resistance direction, it would have been to let go of the need to control everything or anything around you, just focus on disciplining yourself and all will come. And also to practice yoga sooner! 🕉️🙏 🧘🙌 #practiceandalliscoming#NovemberNiyamas

Lately I've really been leaning into the knowing that I can be both struggle AND strength. I'm accepting the downs and celebrating the ups. This is normal. This is life!
So, I want to share with you some ways you can get through your down days. We all have them! And I know as much as anyone that it's very easy to fall into a downward spiral of negativity, moping around, binging on netflix while eating way too much junk food. But you are here, reading this email, following my posts, so that tells me you don't want to be that woman. You want to be more patient, grounded + joyful.
These ideas aren't anything earth shattering. In fact, they are fairly simple and straightforward. But I know how hard it can be to choose something positive when in a rut. Or when faced with a down day. So, the next time you are having a down day, simply pull up the below image and choose your own adventure ;) One small choice, one small action can make all the difference in helping you get back on that wave and ride into the next UP in your life.
Love, Amy Michelle

I have never posted a picture like this before.
I’m not a fan of yoga poses in underwear.
But I was getting undressed tonight, and thought to myself, not too bad for 49 years old and three kids.
And I thought, what if I could help perpetuate the new normal?
Women, don’t you think it’s time?
Let’s be transparent.
Let’s be authentic.
Let’s be unfiltered.
P.S. I’m on my period in this pic. Seriously. Ain’t no tryna suck it in!

Changing your point of view about things is essential !
Tip from me:
Want creative thinking?
Do not settle for sitting in one fixed place. Do You know that Situation: you are entering a class (in the studio or in school), you have a place and all the year you sit in the same place.
So ... DON'T!
I was told in hair school that I had “lucky palms” Ever since then I’ve been fascinated by my palms...the lines of Heart and Head are not separate at all, but join together to form one line running straight across the entire palm.
When the Simian Line occurs, the "Great Quadrangle" is entirely missing. There is no distinction between what is desired (the Heart) and what is thought (the Head). The result is an incredible intensity of nature, but a strong tendency to rush into all things without thinking them through. These people generally achieve and accomplish far more than most, developing techniques and inventions that will last for generations. They also experience far more misfortune than most, usually due to the same intensity that drives them. A truly double-edged sword
I find it fascinating at the same time, I am a double Leo...
Leos, being very passionate, emotional involvement many times allows the heart to rule the head. Unless the head and heart are in unison, fate may teach a hard lesson to tolerate.
-Without printing an article the two line up incredibly, so odd that it describes me so well! Is this why I love heart openers and backbends? Is it my body that craves that movement or my soul?
So long story short I am thankful for my crazy hands, heart, and head and that I have passed my Simeon crease on to my little leo... coincidence 🦁 ? Thanks for letting me geek out 🤓✋🏼#seedsofthanks @ellebeau.yoga .
💧What is it?
Uplifting to the mood, Blue Tansy provides a sweet aroma to fill any room. It’s perfect for massaging into skin with fractionated coconut oil or lotion after a long day of work or intense exercise to aid the body in the natural recovery process. Blue Tansy, also referred to as Moroccan Tansy, is an annual yellow-flowered Mediterranean plant found in northern Morocco.
Blue Tansy essential oil is high in chamazulene and sabinene. Chamazulene, a chemical component in Blue Tansy, provides the characteristic indigo color and is recognized for its skin soothing benefits. At the same time, the main chemical component Sabinene helps diminish the appearance of blemishes.
💧How do I use it?
•Diffuse to uplift mood and create a positive atmosphere.
•Add a drop to one or two ounces of your favorite moisturizer or cleanser and apply topically to help reduce the appearance of blemishes or soothe skin irritation.
•Include one or two drops in lotion for a restoring massage after a stressful day or extreme workout.
