The past is already gone, and the future is yet to come.
There is only one moment for me to live the present moment.
So the first thing I do is to go back to the present moment.
By doing so, I touch life deeply.
My in-breath is life, my out-breath is life.
Each step I take is life.
The air I breathe is life.
I can touch the blue sky and the vegetation.
I can hear the sound of the birds and the sound of another human being.
If we can return to the here and now, we will be able to touch the many wonders of life that are available.

🎄Day 9 of #yogisgogreen challenge.
Hanumanasana is my favorite pose.
If it’s true that the things we need more are those we don’t like, so the meaning is clear.
But I guess this is an exception because when I do hunuman pose I perceive an immediate sense of well-being. My connective became active and I feel like several hands on my back legs muscle giving me a deep relaxing massage and energy flows gently into the tissues.
So I suggest to everybody to became confident with this wonderfull pose as soon as you can.
Start practice all forward bend postures to became flexible in you back legs muscle to start the journey 🌸🌸 and flow🧜🏼♀️.

Day 1 - Standing pose - say no to thraw
Day 2 - forward fold -use a reusable water bottle
Day 3 - eagle pose - turn the water off while brushing your teeth
Day 4 - warrior I, II or III - use reusable plastic bags
Day 5 - boat pose - build a zero waste kit and put it in the trunk of your car.
Day 6 - seated twist or compass pose - switch off light and plug while you are not using it.
Day 7 - camel pose - Buy food without packaging - say no to plastic pack vegetable !
Day 8 - inversion (forward facing is an inversion) - Repurpose stale bread
Day 9 - favourite pose - Natural cleanser and body wash recipe
