What have you experienced today that is beautiful?
When we practice flexibility with yoga postures,we actually do practice to be flexible in our actions and decisions! If we are looking for peace we must try to understand the other people, sometimes we need to change our mind or decision or actions, if i am being so tough , it is not makes me stronger,sometimes I am breaking faster !!! But if i am trying to be flexible,It is hard to break me😊🙏

A little sneak peek of the name of my next program releasing begining of 2019!!! Yoga through your Chakras
The reason I am creating this program is to not only teach you indepth about your chakras, but also to teach you yoga poses that correlate with each of your chakras to bring balance and flow to them and your life.
The goal by the end is to have such a deep basic foundation in both alignment and posture as well as listening to your own body and energy thst you can roll out your yoga mat any where at any time with out a video or direction of any kind and practice what your body needs and craves that day. By the end you'll have learned how to set your ego aside and go at your level, not where you expect your level to be.

For the last 4 months or so I've been increasing my intake of plant based food and decreasing my intake of meat.
I'm at a place where 80% of my diet is plant based. Noticing how my body responds when I do eat meat and when I don't allows me gauge if going 100% vegetarian/vegan serves my body. I'm paying close attention to my energy levels, sleeping patterns, digestion, but especially my intuition.
Last night my husband whipped out this beautiful meal based on @chef_ronaldo_
recipes from his book Sabores de Cuba. A Curry-Adobo Rubbed Steak, Cilantro Mango Quinoa, Rosemary Roasted Brussel Sprouts & Butternut Squash Soup(not pictured). We highly recommend this book, a great xmas gift for that friend or family member that loves to cook or is looking for diabetes friendly recipes with all the sazón.
Buonasera mondo!!! 💙 Eccomi qui...😛 lo so, lo so...ogni tanto sparisco...lavoro, yoga, un briciolo di vita sociale e...mamma a tempo pieno, i momenti vanno ritagliati. 😊🙏 Ho fatto un po' di foto durante i miei 60 minuti di pratica, (eeeh...non ve le svelo tutte oggi ☝😜) mi sono infilata il maglione e viaaa, al posticino dietro casa...che meraviglia gli alberi, più spogli in attesa del Natale e di un colore ancora più rosso . 🍁
La strada è appena iniziata ed è ancora molto lunga (nonché infinita) 🙏 ma l'impegno porta ovunque si dice. 💙
