Today I ran errands, went boxing, spent time and watched a movie with the kids and did this quick yoga photoshoot. Oh and then I had a little car situation (it decided to act out while I was driving along the busy expressway. Highlight of the day I think) ... Sometimes I wonder how I get all these things done. But I still get them done. I don't call myself Supermyca for nothing haha. Grateful for all these daily responsibilities, fun and little hiccups in life. With them, life is full of meaning.

For day 1 of #bodyandsoulyogis we were asked when we feel most in touch with the goddess in us... Whenever I am creating, drawing, dancing or at one with nature I feel my inner goddess radiating from me. Whenever I teach or practice yoga I feel myself illuminate in ways I can’t explain. These are the moments when I am tapping into my Divine Feminine and honoring myself as I am.
