Parsva Bakasana/ one transition that you'll never forget
In Vinyasa Yoga you have differents tools to charge your inner body. The Tristhana Method allows you to explore every situation in your life when you are doing your practice, with your breath or prâna you can bring the energy to your life, with your energy locks or Bandhas you keep your inner body safe and with your gaze or Drishti the body have the opportunity to move with control...
In order to make this transition is necessary to remember that every Asana practice star with one Inhalation and ends with the exhalation. So it's very important to star taking a one deep inhalation and press the hands to the floor and your gaze you be looking down, then bring the legs close to your elbow and hips for pressing. After that you should be able to Exhale for extend the legs and squeeze your inner tight. Inhale and open the leg that is on top finding a line on your spine and move your gaze forward. After that Exhale and jump to Chaturanga Dandasana at least that you are doing the Asana on a dangerous place 🤣😅!!!

✨Your purpose should embody 1️⃣that which you love, 2️⃣that which you are good at, and 3️⃣that which you value.
✨Passion is the result of action, not the other way around. Explore, experiment, fail. Then, jump right back up and explore some more.
