I realized that if my thoughts immediately affect my body, I should be careful about what I think. Now if I get angry, I ask myself why I feel that way. If I can find the source of my anger, I can turn that negative energy into something positive.

I’ve been slacking on my wrist strengthening work and I can’t let that happen. It hasn’t even been a year since my wrist fracture last March. Best believe this wrist (both of my wrists!) need strengthening work. Always and forever, baby!

Les comparto un trabajo planteado hoy a @kontuty @kontutyfitness y que suelo usar bastante para el desarrollo del control en invertida, y consiste en realizarla apoyando parte de la espalda, para dejar el control de mas mas corporal a cargo del ejecutante versus hacerla en la pared.
En la medida que el apoyo es mas bajo, la dificultad aumenta.

Látszik az arcomon, hogy ezt a pár centi elemelkedést is komoly erőfeszítések árán sikerült elérnem. Ennyire vagyok képes most...
❓Hogy ez sok vagy kevés? ❓Minden relatív. 
Volt idő, amikor könnyedén, és sokkal magasabban és tovább voltam képes kitartani ezt a pózt: A gerendán💛, vagy lovastornász koromban a 🧡🐎vágtató ló 🐎🧡hátán, akár egy mellső támaszból, a karom közt a ló háta fölött átemelve a lábam... 🤸🏻‍♀️🐎🤸🏻‍♀️
Ez már hihetetlennek tűnik. 😁😍 De nem elérhetetlennek, mint pár éve, amikor az ikrek (4. 👶 és 5. 👶 gyerekeim) születése után két évvel elmentem egy fitness aerobic órára, és a hasizomgyakorlatoknál elsírtam magam, mert nemhogy nehezemre esett egy hasprés, vagy felülés, hanem egyáltalán nem tudtam megcsinálni. Feküdtem a hátamon, és folyt a könnyem, mert akárhogy próbáltam, azt sem éreztem, hogy melyik az az izom, amit meg kellene feszítenem. 😭😭😭 Akkor azt gondoltam, ennyi, én már örökre így maradok. 😭 Kétségbeejtő volt. 😂
Aztán szép lassan, fokozatosan újra érezni kezdtem a hasizmom, sok-sok core erősítés és odafigyelés után a terhességek során szétnyílt izmok nagyjából rendeződtek (még mindig van kb. egy ujjnyi rés), és képes vagyok használni őket.
Egyelőre ennyire. 😏 😀😅)
És itt nem hagyom abba. Élvezem, ahogy lassan de biztosan, fokozatosan visszatér az erőm. I’m on a journey 😍😁😍💫

Moin ihr lieben Menschen.❤️
Seit vergangen Sonntag bin ich nach zehntägigem Schweigen und Meditieren zurück in dieser Welt. 🌍
Warum ich das Abgrenze? 
In diesen 10 Tagen, war ich zum ersten Mal wahrhaftig im Hier und Jetzt. 🙌🏻
Um 04:00 Uhr aufstehen - an seinem Unterbewusstsein arbeiten - 21:30 Uhr zu Bett gehen. So sehen die Tage während des Vipassanas aus. 😌
Was für eine krasse, wunderschöne, anstrengende und intensive Erfahrung... und definitiv nicht mein letzter Besuch in diesem Zentrum.
Bis jetzt kann ich noch nicht viel über die Wirkung dieser zehn Tage sagen, aber doch schon soviel, dass ich gleichmütiger werde und während dieser Zeit viel aufarbeiten konnte. 
Letztlich geht nun die Arbeit erst richtig los... Meine tägliche Meditation wird sich nun nicht mehr nur auf den Morgen beschränken, sondern ich strebe täglich jeweils eine Stunde am Morgen und am Abend an. 🧘🏽‍♂️

Because it looks aesthetically pleasing and it is energy efficient.⁣

But first find the balance and line thing can be taken care of later.I wasted years for line and balance was always elusive as my whole focus was to obtain a perfect line,which comes way after you get used to upside down life.⁣

So the gist is to find perfect line,first you need balance.Then you may start striving for straight line.⁣

My sprained ankle week ago is getting a lot better, i can finally jump and do some dynamic work.. i also work on my handstands a lot but not to much, so there isnt a room for improvement. It´s really hard when you have achieved that level of skill, to improve with minimal effort. My focus is strength training now and after a few cycles i will be back at full time practice.

One of my biggest December goals is to practice yoga at least 5 minutes everyday this month.
Maybe it’s sitting in child’s pose the whole time, focusing on my breath, or simply messing around with handstands while it’s snowing for the first time here in VA❄️

But I feel like I’ve been less consistent with my practice since we left Nashville, and I’m ready to come back now.
My body’s craving it. My mind NEEDS the space. And more than anything, I’m DETERMINED to get these handstands down like it’s my JOB. (Especially because I’ve gained SO much muscle in the past few months & want to USE THOSE for this!)😂🙌🏽

What I’ve been learning lately:
1. banana back is easier but doesn’t last long...so go for good alignment, focus on one line from your hands to your hips.
2. the faster you can get ONE leg above your hips and create that line, the less energy you’ll waste using while trying to kick up...& more you can use to MAINTAIN staying up.
3. Yes, your wrists are supposed to feel like they’re holding the entire weight of your body (cause they are) so practicing wrist exercises & stretches can actually help a TON. -
Do you have any good handstand tips or are YOU still on the journey to holding one for longer than 3 seconds like me ;) ???
