Origin of motion is fingertips...
Then something happens next without my permission and I let it, observing the pathways and vayus, tissues that are accessed through my felt-sense.
When I get too muscular I relax again and breathe... my feet get more present and wave patterns start to surface from my interior, shifting and shaping my exterior.
Earthed in my Essence, my Self gets Suspended. This to me is tapping into One-ness.☄️
Don't miss a beat. Take it slow. Be Responsive to everything that is arising with grace and humility.
Bliss can even sneak in here and there... and wow those moments. But just stay spacious, unattached...cause as We all know, "Bliss too Shall Pass".
Every day is different. You have to learn fluency...and how to be resourceful.
I don't practice these. But I said hey, let's see if what I'm already practicing gives me the tools I need. It was insightful. This couch had my back🤘🏽

Calm, quiet, and sustained focus...
Inversions reveal their truest essence when the light of Shakti pervades your interior.

Tadah Drashtu Svarupe Avastanam.
If one is established in this state #stira there could even be a gentle sway in headstand and the head barely touching the earth. The tongue at the palate and the sound of earth penetrating your crown.
One must be ready for #shirshasana , the neck is so delicate 🙏
Our gurus Daniel and Jeenal light the oil lamp for our graduation ceremony. I've learned so much more beyond a superficial yoga mat, grateful to have studied here and learn from the most humble, patient and wise teachers. I'm really going to miss everyone, my yoga family. So much laughter, love and support every single day. What an inspirational way to begin my travels! (PS. After a month of 6.30am meditation, I'm still not a morning person) #yogaha#chiangmai#thailand#cantbelieveitsover
