Supercars are upon us. Classes will be going ahead as usual. We actually learnt last year that this makes the centre of town very quiet, as most people opt to avoid the centre of town. The YBW car park will be available after 5pm on Friday and all day on the weekends, but other than that, just be sure to give yourself time to find a park.

Practicing grounding ourselves into gratitude is the best gift we could offer to ourselves. It is a gift because it helps us to focus on what is important which gives us peace of mind, and it trains our minds to live in the present moment, eventually making us feel happier and feel more grateful for the miracle of life alone. .
Good news is, gratitude can be cultivated by practice, and it does not take much. As we approach Thanksgiving, we would like to invite you to join us for a 10-day challenge to train ourselves to live each day grounding ourselves into gratitude and with an open mind, begin to see all of life's gift. Today I’m grateful for my parents, that gifted me with my life and this body that I’m learning to respect, accept and listen.

In yoga, we use our physical body as a framework for the universe. We put ourselves in these uncomfortable postures and we breath through them. Then, when we are in uncomfortable situations in life, we can breath through them, stress free. Strength and flexibility are just a byproduct.

Svadhyaya - Any heart opener. I chose fish pose! When I was first introduced to a real love yoga class in college, this was my absolute favorite pose. It made me feel like a mermaid! Beautiful, strong, flexible, and free!

Sometimes I feel sorry for Mondays. It's not their fault they're the first days of the week 😓
What I try to do is to find at least one thing that I'm looking forward that day.
In most of the cases it's some food 🙈breakfasts are my favorite. With coffee☕️ So enjoy your morning coffee and also, hey, it's the first snow of the year in Slovakia, maybe a mulled wine would do better than a coffee... ⛄️
Без этого не представляю ни одно утро, даже если нет времени на полное занятие, это всегда можно успеть сделать!отличное вытяжение позвоночника и разминка для всей спины, растяжка, а так же укрепление мышечного корсета и пресса!приводит в тонус весь организм!утром надо делать в динамике, чтобы взбодриться🤪можно использовать для вечера, чтобы снять напряжение после долго сидения, и расслабиться. Для этого нужно увеличивать время в «собаке головой вниз», уделить больше внимани дыханию в этой позе и сокращать время прогибов в «собаке головой вверх!»А так же выбрать более спокойный, плавный и медленный темп, как тут!попробуйте и почувствуйте на себе, как несколько минут могут поменять самочувствие. Catch me on Friday Dec.14 at 2-4 PM for a workshop structured toward helping the student understand the importance of transitions in the Ashtanga method, and learn to establish techniques and methods necessary to eventually master the floats.
We will tackle arm balances from a number of perspectives, fully integrating our arms into a variety of poses and transitions. Some experience with Ashtanga yoga is recommended.
