Pois saiba, meu amor, que depressão tem tratamento, tem cura, tem jeito. Pois saiba que você não está sozinha. Eu experimentei muito brevemente desse gosto amargo, e sempre que lembro, o sabor me vem à boca. O Yoga já estava na minha vida e foi ele que de tantas outras vezes me tirou disso, me deu perspectiva. Eu já tive ansiedade, eu já tive pânico, eu sou como você e nós somos um só.
Então respira, hora de acordar. Vai doer, eu não minto. Mas a dor vai passar e você nem vai lembrar. Você vai ajudar outros que assim como você hoje, não enxergam a luz no fim do túnel. Tá na hora!
Desperta e busca! Busca ajuda, não há vergonha nisso. Fala comigo, procura psicólogo, conversa com um amigo. Chora, bota pra fora mesmo que você nem entenda o que está acontecendo. Faça YOGA, vá correr, pinte um quadro. Bote pra fora que a cura vem!!!

Those newer to #wheelpose or less flexible will benefit from a higher hand placement. Set two yoga blocks against a wall, shoulder-width apart. Then, practice the pose with one hand on each block. The extra height will help the body stay in correct alignment.

So I finally signed up at a yoga studio here in Rome and I am loving it 💕
As much as I like practicing at home, at my own rhythm, following my own flow, I also like the energy you get in a yoga class. And besides, I just get so excited trying out all these yoga styles that are completely new for me, like Iyengar or Jivamukti. I mean, I am forever loyal to my Ashtanga practice and my love for Vinyasa is just off the roof, but a Yin practice here and Raja Yoga there do not hurt either 😉
Now I am super curious! What kind of yoga do you yogis practice? And why do you like it? 🧘🏼♀️
