As I get ready to go to bed... I’m missing cuddling with my sweet boy Roux. I’m missing just having him home and I’m so hoping and praying that we get good news tomorrow. Please keep this sweet happy boy, this yoga loving, best friend of mine, best spooner in the world in your thoughts and prayers. We love you Roux ... My sweet Rougaroux. 🐺🖤
If you wish to help donate to his vet funds we would be incredibly grateful! Link is in bio. .
Today is a special day! Gingy, our Live Yoga work pup and mascot is turning 4! Happy birthday Ginger! We love that Gingy can go to “puppy work” with her dad and hang out with our awesome teachers and students. She has a favourite walk around 5 Corners which includes some mandatory stops for dog treats at @lauras_coffee_corner @islandscafe Site for Sore Eyes and more. Gingy loves all the attention and love she gets between classes and really enjoys the relaxation time on her designated puppy bed (aka where everyone should be sitting to put on their shoes!). She loves staring into the studio when her dad is in there and is a super big fan of the winter days when it’s warm and cozy in there. Thanks for always showing Ginger lots of love ! Happy Birthday to our Live Yoga Puppy Princess! #yogadog#liveyogapup#puppyyoga#workingdogs#puppywork#liveyogastudio
Taking that first step is often the hardest. I laid in bed this morning before I was forced out by work and than procrastinated a good hour this afternoon by doing other things before I finally rolled out my mat.🍁 The thing about that first step is that we have to take it over and over and over again.🍁 The first step out of bed. The first step onto the mat. The first step out the door.🍁 Ugh. Some days it is exciting and exhilarating and some days it is just hard. 🍁
But the other thing about that first step is that once you've done it, you're mind and body kind of takes an exhale. You did the thing you know you were supposed to do. You don't have to think about it anymore. 🍁
At least not for a little while.🍁 Onto the next first step. 🍁
