What is the most bizarre thing in your life? For me is sleep paralysis. Does it ever happen to you?
Sleep paralysis is a feeling of being conscious but unable to move. It occurs when a person passes between stages of wakefulness and sleep. During these transitions, you may be unable to move or speak for a few seconds up to a few minutes. Some people may also feel pressure or a sense of choking.
Over the centuries, symptoms of sleep paralysis have been described in many ways and often attributed to an "evil" presence. 😂
This us what I found online about it. But as far as I know it happens to me when I am too tired and always but always during the day time nap. Yes, yes I do nap sometimes because I tend to get overly tired because of the lack of sleep during the week. .
Oh I have few more really bizarre things related to my body but will come back to that in another post 😋

Happy Saturday, folks! There’s a rainfall warning in effect for today so I am predicting a lazy day in my future. 🌧 Day 6️⃣ of our #AsanaAroundTown challenge is any variation of a twist. I chose my favorite spinal twist stretch that always keeps my spine in check! The location in this picture doesn’t mean much to me, but instead focuses on who’s in it.. because anywhere with jess and syd is my absolute favorite place to be. Sure it’s easy to go around and name all my favorite spots where I live (and I do have some faves) but in reality, anywhere with @jessicakmillar by my side will always feel like home - and that’s the truth! 💚

Stretches for middle splits. Doing a middle split is on my goal list to do before the end of the year. Might be a little unrealistic, but I at least want to increase my flexibility and enroll in yoga classes. Here are the top moves Ive been practicing daily that are said to help accomplish the full split... don’t mind the little photobomb 🦄
I love working on backbends, because they are called heart openers - and that means they open your heart, physically and mentally - isn't that a beautiful idea? Through a certain bodily movement/exercise we can open up our hearts, and that might just cause us to ... I don't know .. love more? Or be more open minded? Aren't we here to love? I think so. Let's keep opening our hearts ... physically .. but most definitely mentally. 😍
