When they don’t see washboard abs after a few weeks, they immediately get frustrated. 🙋♀️ ⬅️ Me. I get frustrated too, friends. Sometimes we forget this isn’t a quick fix. This is a journey. I practice to become a better friend to myself. To give myself the space and the opportunity to take a long hard look at my "stuff". Over the years I've realized the energy it takes to avoid seeing myself. We often look to the expectations of others, instead of looking at who we truly are. My practice offers clarity so that my relationship with myself becomes more genuine and unique, just like you and me.
