Finally started eating recovery food!
Even though, this smal dishes don’t make me hungry.
Human’s body is just amazing!
It’s been while that I just sit back and relax all day.
So I’m getting bored ←😂
Staying one country per a month.

I didn’t know where I would end up when I stepped on the path of yoga. I just wanted the pain to stop. I wanted my heart to heal. I didn’t want to wake up any more with the devastating realization that I had another day to get through. I didn’t know what would unfold but I knew that my current strategies were no longer working. 🔥
I longed for wholeness but had no words for that longing. I longed for answers but had no idea what the questions were. 🔥
My Dad once told me that he could only show me the door but it was up to me to walk through it. When I finally saw a door, i clawed and crawled my way in but little did I know that it was the door to a furnace and that I would willingly light a fire that would continue to burn until the smell of my own flesh became so irresistibly sweet. That I would kneel down and breathe into the flames to watch my carefully constructed selves turn to ash so I could, at last, start to reach into the truth of who I am. Beyond my stories, ideas, shadows and constructs.
And so, each day, I practice. I meditate. I inquire. And I ask to throw it all into the furnace because, as my teacher @hareeshwallis shares, ‘through the fire of spiritual practice, nothing false will survive and nothing true will perish’.
All the unconscious patterns, deeply held beliefs, limiting ideas. All the falsehoods that hold us back and narrow our view. They eventually become illuminated when we stoke the fire with our breath, our presence, our intention and our longing to see what wants to be seen. 🔥
On Saturday 27th October at Yoga Hero we will go deep into the practices of asana, mantra, pranayama, ritual and meditation to catch glimpses of our shadows, see through our stories and set alight our self-images. 🔥
So we can fearlessly taste the potency of life and savour the bliss that lives in the heart of our experience.

Day 3 #SheWolfYogaTribe 🐺 •
My incessant handstanding was functional in Charleston as an accompaniment to the absurd amount of food I consumed. But mostly so I could eat more. We were told it was a foodie city but I didn't expect the amount and deliciousness of vegan options! I might even be able to permanently kick cheese living there. It's been over 20 years since I've eaten meat (thanks to my parents' respect for my childhood feelings of horror eating animals) but cheese then became a food group all it's own. There are not mistakes. Sometimes the universe has mysterious ways to awaken us, to make us remember who we are. It took me a while to really understand this but once I got a deeper feeling of this words everything in my life has becoming an amazing opportunity to grow. Everything is perfect exactly as it is and if we can't see that right now, we just need to go to nature and realize the perfection of every single thing to have no doubts of the perfection of the whole picture. I'm extremely happy and grateful for my existence ❤
It is a true act of courage and ferocity to accept and love oneself entirely. It is striving to have clear vision, in which to see yourSelf completely as you are, infinite love and light ~ looking past all of the layers we have built, releasing all judgements, forgiving and practicing compassion, and looking at yourSelf with nothing but love and adoration; for your very existence is miracle in itself ✨
Let us learn to look into our own eyes, into our own hearts, and love from there. Let that love ripple out and touch every soul we meet along our journeys. Let that ripple continue from soul to soul and we can watch the consciousness of the world expand and grow as one 💛
Remember that love starts within and flows and weaves all around us, within and without us, throughout all that is, and all that isn’t. 💫

This painting took me 2 years to finish. And it’s a great reminder for me to let things take the time needed when I feel restless. Going to Peru made it came together. And 2 more years after that a woman who’s originally from Peru saw it, and without knowing the story behind it she said it reminded her of her ancient culture and brought it home. How beautiful isn’t that? 🙏🏾

Yoga helps us to tune in, to become aware of the thought processes and internal obstacles that make the awareness of our abilities become obscure. We live in a society ridden with self-doubt and unfulfillable ideals. It is like we all want to be something that we think we are not able to be. There must be some impossible task to create dis-ease and woe in our hearts. Why???? Why do we want to feel inadequate? Why do we buy in to these ideals which are unattainable, therefore causing a sense of incapability?
It is only when we are challenged that we can truly call on our innate abilities. They will automatically come to the forefront because we need them. Yoga helps us to create this challenge and to rediscover the synchronicity within our internal controls. We are part of a cycle of life much greater than our individuality that we never ever become disconnected from. It is the fuel, the breath, the momentum of our existence. I believe it is part of our purpose to seek out our unique capabilities which will inevitably draw us back to a place of knowing, a place where we may once again revel in the wholeness of eternal love from which we were born.

Can’t believe we are half way through it already!
We are still twisting, and today’s posture is
Parivrtta Trikonasana or Revolved Triangle.
It combines two different dynamic energies: rooting down into the earth with the legs, and sending energy, or prana, up through the extended arm. The pose is a classic example of what Pantajali, in the Yoga Sutra, describes as the union of sthira and sukha: effort and ease, hard and soft, expanding and contracting, ascending and descending, and solar and lunar.
Dealing with opposing forces is quite a skill to cultivate and practice: Life frequently demands finding balance between two conflicting desires: that fab job or being there for your kids, or take that sabbatical year and be away from your beloved ones...to quote few.
This asana is NOT only about twisting!
It is a delicate balancing posture that will feel completely steady and comfortable when you:
👉 use your legs and core muscles for support. 👉 bandhas engaged:
You need again here to bring energy from feet, connecting it to Uddiyana Bandha, and from hand that it is in the floor too, sending it UP to the arm that is stretch to the sky!!!!
👉 Think pushing floor away
👉 Spine is parallel to the floor
👉 It will bring your mind to the “here and now”, creating a steadiness and balance. 👉Breath and Feel this fantastic posture !

As you know, the passed few months I have been training towards my 200 hour Yoga Teaching registration @kali.yuga.yoga in Hatha Raja Yoga focusing on Vinyasa, Ayurveda inspired classes, hot yoga, pranayama techniques and restorative yoga. I’m teaching 3 free classes in Nashville, TN off Belmont Blvd. at my schools teaching studio! I’ve taught my close friends and family enough that I need some new beautiful faces! The studio is in a garden cabin, and basically screams adorable! It’s an honor to use this sacred space, I look forward to sharing it with you🐚
