Bruce Willis stars as John McClane, the stubborn NYPD detective who single handedly defends a group of hostages including his estranged wife against German Terrorists on Christmas Eve at the Nakatomi Plaza. With a powerful performance by Alan Rickman as Hans Gruber. This movie not only contains a number of iconic movie lines but also considered an Iconic movie and one of the best action movie there is. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🍿Die Hard 2
At an International Airport, John McClane is again involved with another group of terrorist now including South American politico and drug profiteer but this time he has stop them right on time because if he doesn’t all the planes will suffer a terrible consequence. It so happens that his wife is on one of those planes. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀🍿Die Hard With a Vengeance
The best Die Hard since the first one. Now John McClane is paired up with Zeus Carver played by Samuel L. Jackson. Samuel L. Jackson and Bruce Willis’ did a great job with the chemistry of their characters. They are up against an anonymous terrorist who holds the whole New York City as hostages by planting bombs in different places and can only be stopped through a game of “Simon says”. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🍿Live Free or Die Hard
John McClane is now paired up with a young computer hacker played by Justin Long as they try to save the day as trouble is being caused through the internet damaging America’s computer infrastructure while saving his estranged daughter. The humor in this is by far the best in all Die Hard films and probably the most CGI is used in this film as well. Not the best plot wise though but it is still a good watch.
🍿A Good Day to Die Hard
John McClane is reunited with his estranged son in Russia, who actually works for the CIA and is protecting a Russian government whistleblower. Not a lot to say for this installment but it is just not the best in the series. The story felt forced it’s just so they would have another movie for the series but it is good for all the Die Hard fans out there to see Bruce Willis as John McClane another time but for those who aren’t fans of the series well this one is probably not the best for you.
Just some food for thought for the picture.•
If you wanna throw up and completely destroy your legs do this workout I did this morning 🙌🤮🤮🤮•
Single Leg Extensions: 5 sets of 20. Squeeze at the top as hard as you can. I can’t emphasize this enough. Contract your quads on every. Single. Rep. This is pre-exhaustion of your quads before we go into high rep squats. Rest 60 secs.•
Back Squat: 5 sets of 25. Squeeze your quads at the top of each rep. Rest 60 secs. Keep rest strict. At 60 secs you should be already repping that shit. Last set burnout for as many as you can get.•
• •*Take time to go to the restroom and throw up*• •
D.B. Hamstring Curl: 5 sets of 15. 2 second eccentric with explosive concentric. 1 second squeeze at the top. Rest 60 seconds. Last set after getting 15, rest 15 seconds and burnout.•
Standing Single Leg Curl: 5 sets of 12. Explosive concentric and hold at the top for 2 seconds and 3 seconds eccentric. Last set burnout for as many as you can. Rest 60 seconds.•
Finish with Standing Calf Raises: 10 sets of 10. 3 second pause at top AND bottom of rep. Do at least 3 sets with feet pointed IN, STRAIGHT, and OUT. Rest 60 seconds.•

DIE HARD WITH A VENGEANCE (1995)
Considering the original Die Hard is one of my all-time favourites, it’s a shame how long it’s taken me to get to the sequels 😓.
After how disappointing #2 was, this was refreshing. This is what Die Hard should be. Brash, visceral action scenes, John McLane dropping one-liners with attitude, and a great villain in Simon Gruber (Jeremy Irons).
Sam Jackson was also a great addition as Zeus. He was a great sidekick/foil to John McClane.
It doesn’t have anywhere near the impact of the original, but this is still a great Die Hard movie, if a little hollow. (4/5)
