☕️ Coffee is a great source of magnesium
Magnesium is an important mineral for athletes and fitness enthusiasts. If you are lacking magnesium, all the important processes in your body slow down. Therefore you cannot be in anabolic state (the state where you build muscles).
☕️ Caffeine improves endurance, work efficiency, strength and power.
One of the researches showed that the dosage of 3 mg of caffeine per 1 kg of body weight increases power for barbell squat and bench press.
☕️ Caffeine speeds up recovery and decreases muscular soreness

Researchers say that caffeine improves muscle glycogen resynthesis after workout and ‼️assists the process of fatty acids burn to obtain maximum amount of fuel during physical activity.

Sad little empty bag of #yaucono :( In the late 1800's and early 20th Century #puertoricancoffee was the preferred #coffee in many of the royal courts of Europe. In recent years it lost market share to larger producers. Even before Hurricane Maria, the industry there suffered from migration to the cities, loss of farmers and people to pick some of the most exquisite #coffeebeans grown in the Caribbean. Now, many trees were lost to the storms and lack of attendance. The remaining farmers are looking at 3-4 years to return to even the limited production of a few years ago.
It is hard to find, but if you see it, buy it. It may be pricey, but worth it. Help #puertorico .
I didn't showed up yesterday. I have been feeling emotionally exhausted the last couple of days. Yesterday woke up too late for my workout. Then, I didn't had time until around 10-11pm and decided to skip it because by then I was physically exhausted as well.
No regrets. I feel much better today. Ready for my workout after I am done with this coffee for some energy. The baby decided to wake up like 3 long times last night; coffee is much needed. .
