Eggs on 2 biscuits sprinkled with FF cheese (3SP) and 2 slices of Private Selection center cut bacon (1SP). And I can’t forget to mention my nectarine which, when they’re good like today’s, is my all-time favorite summer fruit. 👍🏻

Literally glowing! Our shirts for today were suppose to be “Mellon” however when we received them they were much closer to highlighter orange 🤦🏻♀️ My students did a great job of rolling with the punches and making the best of glowing all day! After our event tonight we walked out and saw this beautiful rainbow when we realized we matched the orange part of the rainbow 😂 so of course we had to take some pictures. I’m feeling like the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow with my size large t-shirt that fits without having to stretch and pull in it! I can’t thank @weightwatchers enough for this #NSV . I’m able to pull on a shirt and let it be. This time last year I would have to pull, tug and stretch out my shirt so it wouldn’t be too tonight. Not this year! Now I’m wearing two sizes smaller plus no prestretching required!
I met my step and water goals and while I tracked everything I ate today, I did not stay in blue dot range. While I wish I could say it was for some yummy decadent splurge or treat it was not. I was STARVING this afternoon. That 8SP McDonald's Grilled chicken did not fill me up at all. While I'm proud that I didn't fill up on crap food, I'm not happy I went so far over my limit. Tomorrow's a new day though. I feel better choices are coming.

Mango Cucumber Quinoa Bowl 🍲
1 cup cooked quinoa
1 cucumber, cubed
1 large mango, cubed
1 avocado, cubed
1/2 red onion, diced
1 cup diced tomatoes
Juice and zest from 1/2 lemon
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar or balsamic glaze
1 clove garlic
Salt to taste
1. Combine dressing ingredients in a food processor and blend until uniform.
2. Combine tomatoes, cucumber, mango, quinoa, avocado and red onion. Pour dressing over and mix well.
3. Let sit for 1/2 hour, mixing regularly or keep in the fridge for minimum 2 hours before serving.
Out walking my block back and forth to hit my Fitbit goals because #teamnoexcuses - I bought a Fitbit a few weeks ago to motivate me to start focusing on the fitness side of a healthier lifestyle and made the promise to myself that 6/7 days a week I would finish all my rings so the screen would do that fun “yay you did it!” animation. About to snuggle into bed tonight I was so annoyed that I was at 4.68/5 miles walked today because I was far over on everything else and had certainly walked five miles, Fitbit just didn’t recognize it. But I needed that completed ring, dang nabit! So a .32 night walk it is, because promises to yourself are the most important promises to keep! That’s what @msrachelhollis taught me! 🙌🏻🙌🏻
Today's #weeklyWeighIn features a gain I don't mind one bit. My sweet husband and I escaped to #seattle for a long weekend, a city we've always wanted to visit. I didn't track at all, ordered what I wanted, and tried to be mindful with portioning and listening to when my body said it was full. It was an absolutely amazing weekend, and I can't wait to go back to the Pacific Northwest. But now to get back on track!!! Hopefully some of this drops quickly as my body adjusts and I slam water 😉K

Great ending to today 28/28. I find myself eating better and feeling satisfied, rather than sans king in between meals since I moved my tracker to maintenance mode. Water hasn't been on point, but today I pushed myself to get it all in! 🙌🏼😁👌🏼 #wwfreestyle#wwbeyondthescale#wwlifetime
