Y’all.... this clearance bathing suit from @target that I bought today brought on ALL of the feels.
As I’ve said time and time before, either I’m 100% on or 100% off. I track for days meticulously and then don’t track at all. Exercise every day and then don’t exercise for weeks. I have no clue to get over this and get back to losing!! I have not gained much (my scale batteries died so I don’t know an exact number, but I’d figure between 5-10 total). The scale isn’t everything but I feel bloated, lethargic, un-toned and unhappy with my body.
I was hoping the new @ww rollouts including #wellnesswins would entice me to begin tracking again, but I just can’t seem to bite the bullet.
Tonight, I feel as though I’m in a better mindset health-wise than I have been recently, but it’s hard having a pasta and wine and steak loving boyfriend 😜. Anyways, I completed a @fitnessblender workout on my laptop tonight and I was DRIPPING sweat by the time I was done, and I realized I missed that feeling of endorphins and moving my body.
I’m rambling at this point, but long story short, I feel my best when I’m consistently exercising and following a program (@ww 😉). I feel my best when I weigh less than I do now. I feel my best when I’m not eating foods that LITERALLY hurt me (I.e the pizza and ice cream cake at Lila’s friends bday party earlier). I feel better when I’m taking care of myself.
I made white chicken chili for dinner. This is all that’s left and it was SO delicious! I used a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store, removed the skin, and it not only made the chili so tasty but super easy too! Most all recipes for chili or taco soup are very low in points so eat up! 2 point dinner - Panko breaded Haddock fish fry. Hubby loved this dinner! He had his on bread for a fish fry sandwich. This will be part of our weekly meal plans. It is so good! ................. #weightwatchers#wwfreestyle
I’m 35 and have struggled with my weight almost my entire life. I married the best man and we have three pretty great kids. At my heaviest I was 304. I’m down 32 lbs from that and 18 on this @ww journey (and 11+ inches all over). I’m exited about this program and how flexible and easy it’s been to follow. I don’t know how often I’ll post, but it’ll be random pics of fitness and meals and the busy life we have all while we all get healthy @ww style. That’s right, my kids are eating healthier than they ever have and they haven’t complained one time! That’s a win for me. 🙌🏼💪🏼
REMEMBER // that gain from last week, it's gone 🙌🏼👏🏻🙌🏼 I felt like I was working my @ww tools and on my fitness game hard this week! And BOOM, thank you scale for showing the results of the push! You have to show up the most, when you want to the least. Do the workout. Drink the water. Track the ice cream. Know that it's hard to keep up over and over and over. And then do it again, anyway. 🙌🏼

Today was one of those days that when my feet hit the floor at 5:15 a.m. (yes, on a Saturday), I didn't stop! WW, a quick trip to the market, BJs, Kohls in the morning was followed by an afternoon trip to urgent care for my 16 yr old, mix in with kids and an unexpected visit from a family friend. When I looked up at the clock it was 6:30 p.m. and I still needed to exercise, do laundry, wash dishes, make dinner and get clothes ready for church tomorrow. What's a girl to do! It would have been easy for me to forget exercise, but as @msrachelhollis says, "don't break a promise you made to yourself." I made a commitment to myself to get 30" of exercise in, so even though I had a bunch of things to do and I had 10,500 steps already, I looked at my husband, 2 teenage sons and the family friend and said, "I have to exercise. I am going to put my DVD @WalkAtHome on. You have 2 choices right now...1. Exercise with me or 2. Clear out of the loft." And with that, the 4 of them left. By the time I started exercising it was 7 p.m. It wasn't perfect. I had my 3 younger children all try interrupting (which as soon as they each said "Mom" I said, "Unless you are dying or bleeding, Love you, but...goodbye." No one can do this for me. No one can get me healthy but me. All those other things can wait, but my health needs action now. And btw, I checked... the world did not end because my dishes or laundry didn't get done 😁
My legs are basically dead today so I did a little ol abs HIIT workout! I’ve actually never created my own workout before, I usually do @popsugarfitness workout videos on days that I don’t run but I decided to switch it up a bit today. After this HIIT I did some upper body strength training and called it a day! On to the next! 💪👍
Today we stopped for the night near St Louis, MO, our last stop before our final destination 🙌🏻. There was an Olive Garden nearby and we had a gift card so even though it would honestly be my last choice, always, we decided to go there because there’s something for all of us there (I have very picky kids). We ended up so impressed! We got a glass of wine each for half price (“Wine while you wait” I think it’s called) and our waitress was really awesome. I got salad and pasta with three cheese marinara and chicken, but didn’t realize it was unlimited pasta so I ended up with another serving to go, too. We all liked our food and my kids had real food instead of just the breadsticks I figured they’d eat. I may have to move up Olive Garden on my list of places we like to eat!
Decided to bite the bullet and just buy it. I tried a couple trial packs to make sure it mixes well and it does. Obviously I’m not going to see results after 2 uses. It says 2 scoops is a serving but I hear you can see results with less. I’ll do one scoop a day to make it last longer. Zero SP #vitalproteins#collagenpeptides
I’m all about easy dinners. Sometimes it’s nice to just throw whatever you have in the fridge into a bowl & make it your dinner. I guess that’s where I coined the term smorgas-bowl? 🤓

#nsv today...I went back to the vintage fair to make up for a little buyers remorse on a few things. But I picked up these little guys. THEY ARE A SIZE 8. that's a big deal for me! When I got married 100 years ago my wedding set was a size 10. The picture makes them look tighter than they are....they fit perfectly! I have always dug copper jewelry and these were just too cute to pass up. Plus ya know its #orangeandwhite and it is game day too! My Vols lost by like a 40 pt spread but whose counting? 😖😭
And yeah I'm wearing them on my wedding ring finger cause I decided I LOVE MYSELF!!
