This weekends adventure was exploring writing on stone provincial park. All I can say is wow! What an incredible place. This time the weather was warmer and the ground was dry for our tent. Our air mattresses worked, and we remembered duct tape, although we didnt need to use it. It was SUPER windy, which made it hard to sleep at night, and we heard coyotes howling at each other. But, it was an amazing weekend!
I am just loving exploring our country as I feel like we often jump on planes or drive forever to explore other places in the world but forget to explore our own backyard. I've lived in lethbridge for 7 years now and this was my first time to this park.
Please, keep looking. Not for a person
but for your passion ♡ ⠀

I’m thankful that my apartment is putting on a thanksgiving meal for us residents, especially since my honey and I can’t be with family it’s nice to still have a meal cooked for us! I’m also thankful for 2018 because without the trails and hardships I’ve endured this year I wouldn’t have made the great strides i have in the past couple of months! ❤️
What are you guys grateful for?
One of the most amazing landscapes in Canada are the sandstone canyonlands of the Milk River Valley in southern Alberta, including here at the famous Writing-on-Stone Provincial Park. This area never ceases to knock my socks off at how unique and spectacular it is! Not only are the geological formations incredible, the Milk River region is also jam-packed with endangered prairie biodiversity and contains some of the best examples of not only canyonlands (which extend for much of the river's length as you head east from Writing-on-Stone, and throughout a whole lot of the side coulees and drainages - most of which are unprotected), but also short-grass prairie towards its eastern stretch, riparian cottonwoods, and fescue grasslands around its western reaches. Several rare fish typically found in the US are also found in the Milk River, which is part of the Missouri River drainage which flows into the Gulf of Mexico (as opposed to the Saskatchewan River system that drains most of the prairies and that flows into Hudson's Bay). This region is a first rate candidate for the needed expansion of protected areas in prairie ecosystems. #writingonstone#hoodoos#canadiancanyons#badlands#grasslands#endangeredecosystemsalliance

My energy level and feeling of rejuvenation after this day of juicing was incredible! Many of these incredibly rich juices assist in clearing mental fog and cleansing the body. The health benefits are amazing of each juice and i will post them over time!
