Writing about the moon and stars brings into focus both the majesty of a universe greater than we can ever fathom -and how fleeting our tiny lives really are. So making time to finish a couple of beta reads and wrap up my final edits. #theend
Three months ago we never thought this day would come. You are home which is a miracle. I know the battle is far from over, but it feels like we have won a major victory.

I like to use journaling as a way to have a little talk with my fear, understand where it’s coming from and then decide if it’s worth listening to.
Write down these questions in your journal one at a time and answer each one:
Ask your fear...What are you trying to protect me from?
Once you answer that ask: What are you preventing me from having if I listen to you?
If the thing you really want is on the other side of your fear, then you know what you have to do next (luckily journals are a great place to make to-do lists as well)! For more writing prompts, check out my latest article on @Lifehack now (link in bio).
The way she moved her
body to the beat
of your heartbeat was amazing.
The music of the blood rushing
through your veins pulsated through her
being and she has no choice but to but move
along with it.
She moves along with the flow.
They stare in intensity at the
elegance of her choreography and
wonder if she's mad,
drunk or addicted to
some sort of drug.
Oh maybe she's drunk,
mad and addicted!
All in one dear.
She is madly in love .
She is drunk on your scent.
She is addicted to you. •

“Tallie?”Trisha asked, curiously.
“We’re picking apples, then when we get home we can make a pie!” Castallia grinned, kissed her cheek and shut the car door. The sun was already blinding in the cloudless blue sky. Castallia turned and looked around, sighing happily. “The kids would love this, we should take them next year.” Trisha nodded pleased to know that Castallia was thinking about them still being together in a year.
Trisha stood at the base of each tree and watched as Castallia climbed up a few steps to reach higher.
“Are you looking at my bum?”She teased, looking down at her.
Trisha grinned. “Yeah, I am.” Castallia laughed, leaned down to kiss her, then twisted a large apple from a branch and bit into it. “Mmm taste! So good, right off the tree.” She passed it to Trisha, climbed down and glanced into the canvas bag. “How heavy is it?”
Trisha shrugged, “It’s ok, we got room for more.”
“Stay there.” Castallia raised her phone and took a picture of Trisha, who looked away shyly. “No! Look at me!” She laughed. “C’m’ere then, come.” Trisha rolled her eyes, Castallia wrapped her arms around her, and kissed her.
Trisha smiled, looking at the picture, it was a perfect representation of how happy she felt. “C’mon Tallie, more apples.” She kissed the back of her hand, as Castallia climbed the next ladder. .....................................
