Springrolls with fresh-rice covered, usually call "phở cuốn" in vietnamese.
The original recipe include beef stir-fried, wrapping and rolling with mint leaves, some vietnamese herbal leaves, sprouts and sliced cucumbers or lettuces.
But in my style, i used chicken and carrots, onions to add more colour and sweet flavour.
This dish need to eat with sweet and sour dipping sauce mixed from vietnamese fish sauce, lemon juices, sugars, fine chopped fresh chillies and garlics.
It's fit for summer perfectly.
It's quite easy and fast to prepare but so nice to eat.
