WORKOUT WEDNESDAY 💪🏻 Following on from yesterdays post about unilateral training here is one of my favourite workouts for you to try.
Complete all the following exercises on the left then repeat on the right:
Swings x 12
Cleans x 10
Squats x 8
Lunges x 6
Press x 4
Windmills x 2
Rest for 30-60 seconds then repeat as many times as you can with the time you have available.
