Let me talk about mindset. Mindset going into something is very important, your mindset about life, work, school, home, and the gym will ultimately make or break you.
If you’re constantly in a negative state of mind all you’ll experience is negativity and draw negative people to you. BUT if you turn your mindset around and let some damn positivity in, things WILL change for you, but you have to be open to changing your mindset. That’s it. ✌🏼

A LOT of people have been asking me lately “What do you eat on a daily basis?” “Are you on a diet?” “Do you do keto?” “Do you do intermittent fasting?”
Well the answer is no no no no. I really don’t believe in strict diets. I always tell people, as long as you’re eating healthy, real food & your portion sizes are normal then that’s great.
BUT if you want to look your best you need to train your ass off. I don’t believe in “quick fixes” because if you drop so much weight in a short period of time it will be that much easier to put the weight back on, rather than doing it slowly & healthy. Make this a life style, make it enjoyable!!
But again people this is what works for me! Everyone is different, so do what makes you feel good & happy. Don’t deprive yourself of some treats here & there because then you’ll end up binging.🍭🍡🍬

Transformation Tuesday💪🏼 I’ve lost almost 20 pounds and gained muscle from less than an hour a day of working out at home. I didn’t have to sacrifice my favorite foods, only my bad habits. I still ate pizza, bread, & desserts. It’s about portion control, timing, and eating clean food (no GMOs, high fructose, etc). Was it all a huge burden at first? YEPP. It’s hard changing your routine & habits, but now that I’ve been doing it for months...it’s become my NEW routine and habit. It is simple, not easy, and totally worth it! No ones gonna do it for you, so suck it up and get it done 😉
Keep your chin up my friend. No matter how hard you work or how dedicated you are to your goals there will always be those days you aren't in it 100%!! My suggestion or tip to that is, brush it off and get back up and just DO IT AGAIN!!! Never give up on yourself and remember you are human and we screw up and it's O.K. Just don't let it get your spirit down. Learn from it and move forward!!!!
