Gunna put it out there, could be controversial 🤷🏻‍♀️ but from personal experience and from assigning many clients heavy hip thrust in their glute sessions, these are my no1 exercise for building the booty! (Whose going to hit me with their opinions now... 🙄)

How to perform:
-Feet shoulder width keeping knees out throughout
-Push through the HEELS
-Shins vertical at top of movement
-Full hip extension (squeeze glutes at top)
-Maintain forward gaze (don’t look at the ceiling)
-Avoid spinal extension (aka back bending- by keeping ribs down and a slight posterior pelvic tilt)

There was a point when I could barley finish the bicep curl, and it felt good to hit that limit! The tank was empty ⛽️

I’ve done lots of workout, and I always try but sooooometimes I may miss the last few reps or stick with the regular weight.

This one has got me really pushing myself, and it feels good 😆

You’ll never know how strong 👊🏼 you are or what you’re capable of until you try.

So often I feel we don’t approach that line. Maybe we’re scared of failing? Or not being perfect 👑 ? Maybe we will fail, and maybe we won’t be perfect...AT FIRST! But the more you try, and commit and repeat the better you’ll get and the more you’ll succeed until you’ve reached your goals.

Too many times in my life have I moved on because I wasn’t perfect at something to begin with. I’m glad I’m not doing that now.

These challenges are different, fun and rewarding in so many different ways. If you’re tired of failing and ready for change - this is your calling to GO FOT IT!

Tonight’s yoga session felt.....well, it felt like yoga 🤮🤮🤮. Lol in all honesty....I HATE YOGA!!!! But I needed to stretch these sore muscles and I still didn’t feel that great!  I’m hoping to be able to run tomorrow!!!!
I asked Kate to do yoga with me and she came up and felt  my head to check for a fever lol!
The workout started out great and ended in trauma when she was showing off her high kicks and knees herself in the mouth! They say they don’t have the time to, especially as an adult with many responsibilities. & I get it, but I wouldn’t say this task is IMPOSSIBLE. So a quick #FitTip is to set goals for the week before it starts (i.e. how many days you’ll workout for the week) & set a specific time to commit to the gym or doing something active like taking a walk to get your 5000 steps. If it works keep it going for the next week & if not, adjust it so it’s a more attainable goal. It works for me, anyways 💁🏻‍♀️ #AudreyGetsFit2018

I’ve always been a fan of the shredded physique. Something about being able to see each muscle in the body. Don’t get me wrong, I am a fan of watching people achieve amazing feats of strength. I’ve seen every year of the Worlds Strongest Man (thanks YouTube). My all time favorite strongman is Mariusz Pudzianowski. Not only was he strong as fuck but absolutely shredded.  As a result I have always tried to achieve a balance of strong and lean.

It was hot. There was an air quality warning. Shockingly this run felt pretty good. The first half mile was definitely “yeah this air sucks”, but i guess i adjusted! There was some cloud coverage which helped a little with the heat. I took Monday off bc My foot has been feeling a little off. It doesn’t hurt to walk or run but bending it certain ways isn’t as much fun as it used to be lol. It isn’t swollen so im hoping it’s just tired. Time to ICE!
