Only YOU have the power to change your behavior. When you dig into the WHY(s) of your behavior it’s easier to recognize it when it’s triggered. Better enabling you to work through the negative emotions. .
If you look around your life and you aren’t satisfied with how you’ve defined it, then REDEFINE it. .
It will take effort. It will take courage. And it will take belief in yourself. But I promise you, your past doesn’t have to keep affecting your future.

If weight training is relatively new to you and you want to maximize your results🔥
1. Frequency: Ensuring us to hit each muscle group twice per week will be optimal for maximum muscle growth. Has been shown numerous times to produce more growth than training once per week, even if volume was the SAME.
2. Moderate Volume: It’s unnecessary to destroy every muscle group every time you train being that you are a beginner & are hyper-sensitive to stimulus. Training each muscle group through a couple sets each day will be enough.
3. Progressive Overload: Introducing new stress to our body forces our body to build new muscle in hopes to able to handle the same stress in the future. If we don’t provide new stress then the body won’t grow. Plain & simple.

You know how long it took me to realize that. Most of my life!!! But it's SO F.R.E.E.I.N.G It's live giving once you STOP caring what others think.
Last nights #datenight got me to bed around 11pm once we got home and my alarm was set for 5:50am. Why? Because fitness, my health...physically + mentally is MY PRIORITY! 💕 Even on the weekends.
Yes...I was tired.
Yes...I wasn't wanting to get up.
Yes...I would have rather slept in.
But results don't happen while you're sleeping. My trainer today said something that has stuck with me all morning: "Don't Run from the WORK, Feel the WORK."
I often here from women, "I can't do what you do", "I don't have the motivation to workout", "I don't know what to do", "It's too hard"
Work is Hard. I get that. But do you stop showing up to work, just because something your boss gave you was challenging? No! You still show up and put in the work for the payoff.
Well, my HAPPINESS, SANITY is my payoff. That's why I show up for myself DAILY!
Being uncomfortable is NEVER fun. But the HIGH you have after....you feel like you can take on the world! ✌🌍 So, DO YOU BABE! Whatever that is. Me, it's spending 30 minutes in the am filling my cup ❤ with what matters to ME.
