I can snatch a face full of makeup, but when it comes to outfits, I much prefer someone styling me. I go to my bff who gives me a whole new outfit AND mixable options. She has an adorable online boutique called @shopluxeargyle and all of her stuff is COMFORTABLE. From fabric to fit. Like I ate a whole, huge sandwich before this pic and I was still fitting in the pants😱
I never thought this whole coaching thing was for me. I just wanted to get fit 🏋🏻♀️, drink some superfoods 🌱everyday and feel good in my body. I kept telling myself it wasn’t my thing, not for me. I was too busy for anything else. Too much of an introvert. I didn’t know enough people or have enough friends. I wasn’t in perfect shape. But, slowly I started seeing all these empowered women actually loving their jobs and enjoying their lives to the fullest and that “why not you too” saying started to catch on. 🙋🏻♀️
A little less than a year ago I said yes. I’d try it out, dip my toes 🐾 a little bit. The results I’d gotten with these at home programs were so amazing, I was already sharing, I might as well see if I could help other ladies start their journey too. What I found was, the more I put into it, the better it got. I could do coaching in pockets of time through the day, I could get out of my introvert bubble, I could make new friends, it didn’t matter that I didn’t have a perfect body because I was on my own journey. I was helping people get results too AND I was making extra income doing it. In what world do you get paid just to feel amazing and spread that to others?!? My new reality, that’s where and I haven’t stopped to look back for a single second since. ✨
Sure, it’s hard work sometimes and there’s days with late nights and early mornings, but I’m constantly challenged to get outside my comfort zone and that’s where the real magic level growth shit starts to happen. I’m headed out to Indy 🏁today to meet up with my people, almost all women I’ve never met in person but I feel like I’ve know for years 👯♀️Im having a “is this real life” moment, one of many more to come. So by now, if you’re still reading this I have to ask you one question. Why not you too?!?! 🦋

I’ve been pretty MIA from this account for the last few days because I’ve been sick 🤒 and dealing with my transfer orientation 🙃 Hopefully I’ll be be better tomorrow to continuing training 👏🏽
I’ve noticed a lot of people touching in this topic and I’m going to as well because this hits home for me. WATER AND FOOD RETENTION IS A THING. Your weight fluctuates throughout the day as you consume food and liquid. Over night as your parasympathetic system (rest and digest) takes its effect, your body works to eliminate these products for when you wake up. This is why before you go to bed your stomach looks bigger than it was in the morning. You are still holding onto the days food. Overnight your body is able to completely digest your food and breaks down its components so it’s not just big globs sitting in your stomach. I had a literal 2 pound difference between last night and this morning 🤷🏽♀️ Your true weight is when you first wake up in the morning! So don’t fret when you notice a food baby at night. It’ll be gone by the morning 🔆
