Действительно, как разбудить себя рано утром, убедить, что день прекрасен, жизнь стоит того, чтобы ее жить - как? если еще лежа в кровати уже страстно хочется домой.

Итак. Мой секрет доброго утра (сразу оговорюсь, оно доброе не оттого,  что я высыпаюсь - я отвратительная сова, потому раньше часа ночи не ложусь в принципе - а подъем никогда не позже 6.30). #приветкортизол #футакделать #опасноспать

Я не люблю торопиться, бежать, сметая движимые и недвижимые предметы на своем пути, поэтому запас времени - моё всё.

Мои простые и, возможно, очевидные лайфхаки): ✔️Просыпаюсь всегда заранее - в среднем за полтора часа до выхода ✔️это время нужно мне, чтобы *окончательно проснуться и прийти в себя (повышается пульс,  давление - все приходит в жизнеспособную форму); *почистить перышки (свои конечно), т. е. привести себя в порядок; *провести время наедине с собой - прочитать почту, полистать Инстаграм за чаем, послушать музыку; *составить либо уточнить план действий на день грядущий - перечитать пункты, напомнить себе о важном, внести новые задачи; *еще я записываю мысли после сна (отдельно рассказывала об этом в посте про фрирайтинг) если не забываю)) Еще я думаю над тем, что хорошего ждет меня сегодня:

Что я сегодня приготовлю на ужин новенького)

Как здорово сделать Кардио, качественно потренироваться и приблизиться к цели еще чуть-чуть;

Какую тренировку я проведу вечером под.... тадааам! Новый трек. А прежде, найти этот трек;

По дороге на работу иногда я балдею под любимую музыку в наушниках, а иногда иду без них - ловлю кайф от звуков - тишины, утреннего города и прочего.

Иногда - фотографирую закат или рассвет - вид предельно жизнеутверждающий... После этого я ощущаю себя абсолютно живым человеком, с четкой стратегией на день - в каждый час я совершенно точно знаю, чем я буду занята.

Кстати,  у заблаговременного подъема есть еще один смысл.

Я веду тренировки (групповые, т. е. сайкл, например с 8.00, раньше и с 7.00 бывало.

Чтобы это проходило без стресса и потерь со стороны здоровья, необходимо разбудить себя к этому времени настолько,  чтобы бодро крутить, скакать и отжиматься без стресса для себя)

This is the king of all upper body exercises. Nothing is more alpha than hurling mass through space and time using only the brute force of your upper body, facing death in the face (if you don't have a spot). Legend says doing this on a Monday grants you extra muscle growth. Great chest builder. I did this for 3sets x 4reps at an RPE of 8.

👉Have your shoulder blades together and down.
👉Dig your traps down to the bench.
👉Make sure to have an arch on your back.
👉Don't have a straight bar path. Instead, have it at an angle down to your chest then back up over your shoulders. *

اسکوات یکی از بهترین و موثر ترین تمرینات برای زیبا کردن و بزرگ کردن  باسن میباشد

به این نکته توجه کنید که حرکت اسکوات یک حرکت قدرتی میباشد و هرچه وزنه  سنگین تری بزنید به نفع شماست البته باید توجه کنید که با افزایش وزنه فرم حرکات را اشتباه نکنید سنگین زدن مهم است اما مهم تر از آن درست تمرین کردن است.
بعضی از خانم ها فکر میکنند که باسنگین زدن و تمرین با وزنه اندام آن ها شبیه به آقایان میشود ولی این یک فکر اشتباه است که متاسفانه هنوز هم وجود دارد

Leg stuff has always come easy for me in the gym. Before I started CrossFit, I could deadlift 250 pounds, but I could do about 3 pushups and 0 pull-ups. Hashtag #quadzilla and hashtag #lopsided.

I knew I needed to develop upper body strength, but I was too embarrassed to actually work on it. I didn’t want to do pushups or pull-ups because I didn’t want people to realize how weak I was.

I joined CrossFit because I needed to be forced out of my comfort zone. I knew I was leaving a lot of potential on the table by only sticking with what I was already good at. I needed someone to help me be brave until I learned to be brave for myself.

So if I can share a note from my journal, it’s this: It’s okay to be a beginner. It’s okay to not be good at something. You don’t have to be an expert the first time, or the second, or the third. Try once and try twice and try again, because the only thing that can be considered failure is if you stop showing up.

I shudder to think what my life would be like if I had never listened to that little voice saying “Maybe I can.” That’s all you need to get started. Then find someone to help you be brave.

Total weight loss 99.1 to 87 kgs

He followed my instructions diligently without any misses and here are the results!

No, it wasn't easy at all considering his busy schedule as a Business man because his work of line involves he'll lotta travel... but his will and determination got him where he stands today.

I didn't do any drastic changes in his routine but just asked him to STICK to the PLAN and be PATIENT!!
.
I didn’t make any major changes to his workouts either. I had put him on an athlete program(wherein he train 5days/week mostly compound movements). Eating an average of 2800 cals/day and yes I did include some cardio in his routine too.

His progress despite lot of travelling during the plan and not always tracking his macros to the T.
Few things that did help him achieve his goal:
1 Structured plan
2 Flexible routine
3 Better exercise routine prompt for his body

Okay folks, with this extremely non-Instagrammy graphic, I wanna make a couple of points. First, a robust commonality is that the leaner countries consume fewer calories. Another interesting commonality is that majority of the leanest countries eat a carbohydrate-dominant diet, with less fat (both in proportional and absolute terms) than the countries with the highest obesity prevalence.

To sum things up: calories matter, and carbohydrates are not solely to blame. Obesity is a multifactorial issue that can’t be solved by pinning the culprit down to a single macronutrient (or macronutrient subtype such as sugar). The obesity pandemic is due to an overabundance of easily accessible, hyperpalatable/energy-dense foods consumed by sedentary individuals.

How about the timings???? We’ll all i feel is it depends on the schedule you have set for yourself.. I am complete night owl.. working out with restless body is about torcher to ownself.
And due to my working hours the best time suits me is afternoon. And it did help me to pull the extra fats.
2 years back when i was postgraduate student i use to workout in evening still i did loose weight and before that when i was in 12 th grade i use to workout in morning still i did pull out. 
The game is about being consistent with your workout and being active then just being specific about one time..... #240dayfitnesschallenge
